SEPTEMBER Hey Kids! I hope you all enjoyed your summer break! The baseball season is down to its final month of play and a new school year has almost begun! I hope you can make it out to see your team again this year! The Blue Jays tm are in town versus the Chicago Cubs (September 8-10); Tampa Bay Rays (September 12-14); Seattle Mariners (September 22-25); and finally the Baltimore Orioles (September 26 28). Our Fan Appreciation Weekend presented by Allstate Insurance is at the end of this month (September 27 28), which will include an amazing giveaway. Sunday, September 28 is Blue Jays Warm Winter Hat Giveaway presented by Allstate Insurance, and will be distributed to the first 20,000 fans upon entrance. On Saturday, September 13 we also have an exclusive Jr. Jays Club Wrap-Up Breakfast with ACE, which you cannot miss! Jr. Jays Club members are invited to join us for the last event of the year. Event Reminder What: Where: When: Jr. Jays Club Wrap-Up Breakfast with ACE Rogers Centre tm, 200 Level Outfield Enter at Gate 14 only 9:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m. Saturday, September 13 This year, we have decided that our Wrap- Up party will be BREAKFAST WITH ACE!! On Saturday, September 13, the Jr. Jays Club Wrap-Up Breakfast with ACE begins at 9:30 a.m at Rogers Centre in the 200L Outfield. Enter at Gate 14 to have your tickets scanned, and then sign in on your way in to the 200L Outfield to get your gift bag. This is the final Jr. Jays Club event for the 2014 season, and we hope to see you there! This is your chance to enter the stadium early to have breakfast with ACE, and participate in lots of interactive activities! Each member can bring a maximum of two (2) guests with them. This number includes parents and guardians. There will also be some great prizes to be won and several Jr. Jays Club Members will be randomly selected to be part of our pregame starting lineup. Please RSVP by SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 7 at the latest by emailing jrjaysclub@bluejays.com, or by leaving the member s name, phone number, and number of guests attending on the Jr. Jays Club Hotline at 416-341-1715. Please note: All members and guests must have a valid game ticket to attend the Wrap-Up Breakfast with ACE Entrance to the Wrap-Up Breakfast with ACE will occur ONLY at Gate 14. A native of Orange, California he attended the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he played first base and as a designated hitter. Who would have known Casey could hit too! SEPTEMBER 19 DANNY VALENCIA On September 19, Danny Valencia will be turning 30 years old. Coming from the Kansas City Royals, Danny is batting around a.300 average and helps the Blue Jays when facing tough left-handed pitchers. A native of Miami, Florida he attended both the University of Miami (Coral Gables, FL) and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (Greensboro, NC).

RUN THE BASES Members-only Run the Bases As a member of the 2014 Jr. Jays Club, you have the exciting member benefit of having front of the line access to run the bases on every Jr. Jays Saturday here at Rogers Centre. Please see below for the information you will require to secure your place in line: The front of the line access lineup will open at the top of the 8th inning through to 20 minutes immediately following the end of the ballgame. Please note: If you happen to miss this lineup, don t worry! You will still be able to run the bases with the rest of the kids that day in our general public lineup. Please check in with a Blue Jays Staff Member at the ramp by Section 106. You MUST have your 2014 Membership Card with you in order to access the members-only lineup. These Jr. Jays Zones begin at 11:00 a.m. and run until the 8th inning. There are air-brush tattoo artists, photobooths, and lots of games where you can win Blue Jays themed prizes!
