All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller. If horse is registered and sold as registered and registration papers, transfer, or correct breeding report not presented to BLA office prior to sale, proceeds will be held until paperwork is recieved by BLA. Commission will be 6% of the selling price, or minimum $20, whichever is greater. Consignor has the privilege to no sale or pass out his horse, however no sale must be declared before leaving the ring. If the horse is passed out, the cost will be the catalog fee plus 3% of the last bid or the minimum in the non-catalog sessions plus any accumulated charges. The catalog fee is non-refundable. We have gathered cows on them, ridden them at brandings, pushed cattle roping at the house and even ridden them under an english saddle. They stand 15.3 and weigh 1800.
