Deviations from these competitions rules and special regulations in regard to the competition rules of the World Taekwondo (WT) require approval from the protest committee at the competition day. All participants must be affiliated members of the DTU, WTE or WT. IDENTIFIC ATION According to the rules & regulations of the German Taekwondo Union all competitors need to have a valid passport. Only members of national federation s affiliation with the ETU are allowed to compete. For countries without any federation being member of the ETU, affiliation with WTF is necessary. Upon onsite registration, the contestants must prove their memberships by means of a valid license. COACHES 1 coach for every 5 competitors has free admission. A maximum of 3 coaches per team is allowed. Coaches must be registered in TPSS. The minimum age for a coach must be 18 years old and the coach is only allowed in sportswear & sports shoes with non-marking outsoles. REFEREES Registration for international referees under kampfrichterreferent@tusaar.de A daily rate of 75,00 + one overnight stay will be paid. A protest fee need to be paid for each protest. The decision of protest committee (chairman) is final. The protest fee will be returned if the protest was found valid. Protest fee: 50,00 DECLARATION OF CONSENT All competitors who are minor (under legal age of 18 years) at the day of the tournament need a declaration of consent by a legal guardian which must be brought to the tournament and presented without any request. LIABILITY DECLARATION Every person participates at their own risk. With the registration, each contestant or their legal guardian agrees explicitly to the exclusion of liability. The assigned rights of participants to the host and the TU Saar e.v. are only in terms of distribution and marketing of the Taekwondo sport, so that the privacy of each participant is respected. The participants agree with their registration that their last name, first name, weight class, nation/club and placement will be published in the result lists online, as well as film/video/photo or as printed media.
