Additional Services Available: All of these services can be added to any pool opening! Pool Valet Service: The debris that sits on the pool floor should be scrubbed and vacuumed when opening the pool. The fee is $85.00 /hr and will be billed to the quarter (1/4) hour. So if it only takes us a half hour to clean the pool you would only pay $42.50 plus tax. Filter Cleaning: We will remove your DE or Cartridge Filter and take it back to our shop for an in house cleaning. This should be done twice a year. Once in the middle of the season and also at the end of the season when the pool is closed. If you did not chemically clean your filter at the end of the year, now is a good time to do so. The fee is $90.00 + $5.40 tax. After cleaning, your filter will be reinstalled at no added charge. Sand Change: The sand in your sand filter should be changed every 2-4 years for chlorine pools, and every 1-2 years for Bromine/Baquacil pools. The fee is $85.00 /hr plus sand and tax. Sand is $17.22 + tax per 50 lb bag. Pressure Wash Pool Deck: We will pressure wash the 3 perimeter pool deck around your pool. By having us do this you will get rid of the dirt/mold build up on your concrete. This will also remove the cover line that is left behind every spring. The fee for this is $175.00 + 10.50 tax. If there is additional concrete to be done we will write up a separate contract. Pool Spring and Fall Magic treatment: Spring and Fall Magic is an enzyme that helps to break down organic materials that are in the water. This will also help to prevent the black water line ring that forms where your water level normally is located. Spring and Fall Magic is $24.09 + 1.45 tax.
