IMPORTANT NOTES 1 The Auction takes place following the owners David and Kate Clover s decision to retire from running the whole Clover Game and Shooting enterprise. Clover Game and Shooting covered a total of 6,500 acres forming part of the Hargham and Quidenham Estates and over 45,000 birds were reared on an annual basis, with Clover Game and Shooting hatching and rearing their own partridges and pheasants. The quality of the equipment speaks for itself and this is a large game, shoot, rearing and dispersal sale providing potential purchasers with a rare opportunity to buy well maintained equipment in large or small volumes ready to use for the 2015/2016 rearing/shooting season. 2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within 8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be charged. 3 Removal of Lots: All moveable equipment not collected on the day of the sale or the following day must be collected before Saturday 7 th March 2015, but buyers must contact David Clover on 07990 574455 or Robert Brown on 07743 283135 beforehand to arrange Telehandler loading of heavier items free of charge. Purchasers will have until Saturday 14 th March 2015 to collect the larger in situ items.
