LETS GO activities day 20180003868

ABOUt Activity day at budehaven Monday 23rd July 2018 Activity Day is an opportunity for pupils to try something new. Last year, pupils had a wide range of activities to choose from. This year we have added a couple of new activities to give them even more choice. The leaflet is also available on the Budehaven Learning Hub and gives a brief description of each activity including their cost and the number of places available. Please have a look at the leaflet and support your child in completing the online activity choice form. Please submit student s choices online by Monday 18th June. Once the bookings have been processed a confirmation/permission letter will be sent via e-mail confirming the successful activity choice. Where a pupil has chosen an off-site activity a specific information sheet for this activity will be attached. Payment can then be made online using the Schoolcomms facilities. A payment page will appear on the pupil s account according to which activity the child has chosen. Please note this facility also enables the parent/carer to give permission by ticking a box. If a pupil has a Pupil Premium bursary, they can choose use any unspent allowance to pay for an activity. If they are unsure how much of their 100 bursary has not been spent, please check with Mrs Bennett, the Pupil Premium Administrator. Please note we cannot allow any student to participate in an activity without a parent or guardian s permission and full payment where required. Please ensure this is done online or with the paper slip at the bottom of the confirmation/ consent letter. Mr J Francis Assistant Head -------- If you have any questions relating to Activity Days please email: natalie.bennett@budehaven.cornwall.sch.uk
