Fun and learning with a choice of morning and/or afternoon sessions. The staff are certified and experienced teachers. Exciting and varied subjects with age appropriate classes. Courses are specifically designed for students going into grades K/1 or 2/3. Each class will meet for two weeks. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR A SUSPENSION LATE PICKUP FEE: A fee of Fifteen ($15) Dollars will be charged for the first 15 minutes after 6:00p.m. and Fifteen ($15) Dollars for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof. It is the parent s/guardian s responsibility to provide arrangements to have their child picked up at 6:00p.m. should they not be available. AM = morning class & PM = afternoon class COURSE DESCRIPTIONS All About that Bling (K-3): Campers will express themselves in a creative and imaginative ways by making personalized necklaces, beaded key chains, cute hair clips, anklets, charm bracelets and friendship bracelets. Campers will create and decorate their very own jewelry box to keep all of their fabulous accessories. Instructor: Stephanie Samra Session(s): 2 AM, 3 AM, 4 AM Arts & Crafts (K-3): Campers will learn to create and decorate individual works of art. Instructor: Nicole Senzer Beat of the Music (2-3): This class introduces children to the world of music by teaching them about different types of instruments, how they make their sounds, and how they can make their very own instruments with household items. Instructor: Heather Marte Session(s): 1 AM & PM, 2 AM & PM, 3 AM & PM, 4AM & PM Camp Cheer (2-3): Campers will learn the basics of cheerleading. Instruction will focus on cheers, dance, and simple tumbling. There will be a short performance at the end of each session. Instructor: Erin Gonzalez Candy Creations (K-3): Your child will have a blast this summer turning candy into fun projects. Together we will use candy in new and exciting ways. And the best part is clean up just eat! Instructor: Cara Perzley PAGE 5 Chocolate Making (K-3): Are you a chocolate lover? If so, this class is for you! Campers will create many delicious treats featuring chocolate. Instructor: Nicole Senzer Clowning, Magic, & Balloon Art (K-3): This is the 5th year that Clowning, Magic & Balloon Art is being offered at Camp Sycamore!! It is taught by Professional Clown Lady Laff-A-Lott. Campers will learn how to bring out their inner clown by designing their own costume (with clothes from home), and clown face. They will learn the art of face painting, how to perform magic tricks, and how to make balloon animals! At the end of the two weeks, our campers perform a show for their parents/guardians, and the rest of the camp to see! Instructor: Janice Sloves Cook-A-Book (K-3): Students will enjoy literacy and create a fun snack related to our book of the day! Students will also create a cookbook with all of our yummy recipes. Campers will stay up to date with reading and math skills over the summer while having fun! Instructor: Christina Palmieri Cook, Snack, Movie (K-3): Campers will prepare kid friendly snacks to enjoy with a movie each day. Instructor: Erin Gonzalez

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS Cool Crafts (2-3): If you like to do fun craft activities, then this class is for you! We will knit winter hats, weave potholders, make friendship bracelets, make keychains, learn cool coloring techniques and more! Instructor: Jennifer Bell Session(s): 2 AM PAGE 6 Dance Party (2-3): If you love to dance, this course is for you! We will learn basic dance technique and learn routines to perform at the end of the session. No dance experience is required. Dancers must wear sneakers. Instructor: Jennifer Bell Session(s): 1 AM, 3 AM Cooking Around the World (K-3): Welcome to Cooking Around the World. We will be exploring different countries and cultures through food and activities. At the end of the session, campers will take home a cookbook of all the delicious recipes prepared in class. Instructor: Cheryl Jaffe Max Campers: 10 Session(s): 2 AM & PM, 3AM & PM Crafty Yoga (K-3): Led by a certified Children's Yoga Teacher, children will be read an enjoyable children's book and will act out the story through Yoga poses learned in class. The fun will continue with a creative craft activity related to the story of the day! A new story every day makes this class exciting, and one you don t want to miss! Instructor: Julia Verno Session(s): 2 AM, 3 AM, 4 AM Cupcakes & Crafts (K-3): Campers will bake various types of cupcakes on a daily basis: Minions, Disney, and Emojis just to name a few! While the cupcakes are baking, we will create a craft to go along with the day's theme. Join this class to bring out your best baking and decorating skills! Instructor: Samantha Mozlay Session(s): 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM Dance, Dance, Dance (2-3): Love to dance? If so, this is the course for you! Campers will learn basic dance techniques and routines to perform at the end of the session. No dance experience is required. Dancers must wear sneakers. Instructor: Lior Naor D.I.Y. Décor (K-3): This class allows campers to create fun "do it yourself" crafts by using simple household items. Instructor: Stephanie Samra Session(s): 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM Energetic Athletics (K-3): Campers will play various sports and games focusing on improving their skill level, athletic abilities, and having fun! Instructor: Andrew Sloves Everything Emoji (K-3): In this emoji themed class we will make arts & crafts, and treats on a daily basis! Pillows, pencil cups, and Rice Krispie treats just to name a few. COURSE DESCRIPTIONS Fun With Technology (2-3): Using the laptops, students will learn 21st century skills using the game Kahoot. Students will create their own game, upload their own pictures and play each others games at the end of the session. We will vote on best Kahoot game for a small prize. Instructor: Claudia Leon Session(s): 1 PM, 2 PM Hand Prints and Finger Tips (K-3): Creative finger painting, no hand turkeys or butterflies, we will be using our hands to create colorful pictures and our finger tips to add to coloring pages. For snack we will provide finger food (cereal, crackers, cookies, fruit, etc). Instructor: Allison Sparaga Kickin It Karaoke (K-3): Campers will pick from a variety of Popular music and Broadway tunes or order to showcase their talents. Students can perform individually, as duets, or groups. Each student will get a chance to perform in our Karaoke Sing-a-long Program! Parents are invited to their performance. Instructor: Janice Sloves Kids n Clay (2-3): Do you enjoy working with clay? Do you like creating 3D works of art? If so, this is the right class for you! We will be creating a variety of clay crafts and other 3D art that you can play with, wear, and display at home! Students will have fun listening to music as they use their imagination to create exciting new projects. Instructor: Ariana Kahn Session(s): 1 AM, 2 AM, 3 AM PAGE 7 Lego Mania (K-3): Campers will play and use their imagination to build sets or their own creations with Lego blocks. Instructor: Andrew Sloves Robotics (2-3): This course will ignite your students' desire to learn while enhancing their skills in science, technology, engineering and coding. Campers will create and command robots to complete a variety of tasks. They will learn the basics of programming to complete a series of challenging missions. Instructor: Lior Naor Science Through Explorations (K-3): Children will learn about science through the use of explorations and experiments. Each day, students will be introduced to a new topic, create a prediction, and perform an experiment. The experiments include growing plants, creating moon sand, making slime, and much more! Instructor: Kelly Osback Session(s): 2 PM, 3 PM Splish Splash 1 (K-3): Whether you just want to enjoy the water become proficient at more advanced strokes like freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke and butterfly, this is the class for you! The emphasis is on having fun while swimming and learning about water safety rules from an experienced water safety instructor. Instructor: Nicole Shamey

You will learn to prepare kid friendly recipes with your own creative twist! Students will learn kitchen safety basics, while preparing delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert! Rate the recipe after you taste-test your dish! Everyone leaves with their very own cookbook! Ready, set, cook!
