Most of you will be familiar with this software as it is the same software in previous seasons. Your login information was retained from last season. Username is your email address that you supplied to your club and default password is your OSA number however if you changed your password last season your password would remain the same as last season. Prior to the start of the season Team Officials are required to complete the following tasks: o Enter Team Roster into the PHDL Youth Sched2k System. o Review your profile to ensure all your contact information is correct and up to date. This information is very important as it will be used through-out the season to contact you for rescheduled games, cancellations, and any disciplinary related issues. Please do not wait until the day of your first game to populate your team roster just in case you have technical issues and need assistance. Helpful Instructions and tutorials have been posted on the website for your assistance.
Once you have logged into the Sched2k system you will have the following functions available to you: o Select Team To Work On o Review / Maintain Team / Roster Info o Generate Game Sheet o Confirm Game Results o View Team Discipline Cases, By Case # o View Team Discipline Card Accumulation By Player o Reprint Referee's Game Report o Team Calendar o email Team Helpful Instructions and tutorials have been posted on the website for your assistance.
A copy of the YPHDL Rules & Regulations can be found on the website. Please print off a copy and read them thoroughly A reminder that players are not required to sign the game sheets. This means all players listed on the game are deemed to have played. If a player does not show up please ensure to cross them off on the game sheet. Review of Call-Up Rules: o A player may play a maximum of eight (8) games in total per season as a call up o A team may use a maximum of eight (8) call ups in any league or league cup game. It is the responsibility of the Club/Team calling up the player to be aware of how many times the player has played as a call up in the current season. NEW 2018 All PHSA Clubs/Team will be using ID Cards this season. ID Cards must be accompanied with District Stamped Team Contact Sheet. ID cards are not valid without the stamped contact sheet.

Please email signed waiver for to leaguemanager@peelhaltonsoccer.com The 2018 Waiver Form has been posted on the website. Print off a copy and once you have read the rules email back to us. One (1) waiver form per team is required. The preference is for the Head Coach to submit the signed waiver.
The YPHDL follows Ontario Soccer s Discipline Procedures & Policies. Discipline hearings (DBH) will be held at the PHSA office on Fridays. Discipline by Review cases (DBR s) will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Decisions for all discipline cases will be sent out via email.
The Schedules will be available online once this meeting has concluded. In order to print off your schedule go to PHSA website: www.peelhaltonsoccer.com and select competition and from the pull-down menu select PHDL Youth. Click on Schedules option found on the left hand side and it will take you to the Sched2k site. From the banner at the top select schedules option. Simply find your division and select it. The PHDL Youth will reschedule games only if the game conflicts with an approved exception dates, Ontario Cup, and OFSAA. All other rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email) by your club and will be reviewed by the board. Requests for any other reason will not be granted.
o All preliminary rounds will be scheduled on the home teams field except for the Finals. o League Cup Finals will be held in Milton on Saturday September 8 th, 2018 o Referee Fees for all Cup games are split between the two teams The league cup draw is randomly generated via the Sched2K system. All cup games scheduled after the preliminary round are scheduled as TBA Date/Time. The date listed is a placeholder only until teams playing in the fixture have been determined. We have no way of knowing which two teams are going to end up in any cup game so we have no way of pre-selecting a set datefor each round.
The 1 st place team of each division will be invited to the YPHDL Awards presentation. The presentation will be held on Sun October 14 th, 2018 in Oakville at Sheridan Trafalgar Campus Convention Centre(1430 Trafalgar Rd Oakville, ON)
