This championship will take place on Sunday March 26 th, at the Fitzgerald Gym, Queens College, located at 65-30 Kissena Blvd Flushing, NY 11367. The NYIO has grown to international recognition, and it`s known as one of the largest private event in the USA. In the past our competitors arrived from Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Canada, Dominican Republic, Senegal, Nepal, Iran, Germany, Georgia, France, Guadeloupe, Ireland and schools from all over the United States. We have official confirmation that they will return and have extended invitations to other countries and states, and have gotten great responses. This 2017 NYIO is sanctioned by the New York Traditional Karate League (NYTKL) & USA Karate, as well as a USA NKF National Qualifier.
