PLAYOFF SEEDING CRITERIA Teams will play 2 games in each of their pools. Teams will be seeded into Tier I and Tier II Championships following pool play based on the following criteria. 1. Overall records 2. +/- point differential (maximum per game is +15 or -15) 3. Total Defensive points allowed Teams 1, 2, 3, 4 are seeded in Tier I Championships Teams 5, 6, 7 are seeded in Tier II Championships Teams 8 and 9 will play the consolation game 1 st and 2 nd Place teams in each Tier Championship are provided individual player t-shirts, and team trophy presented for CHAMPIONS.

Rocky Mountain Fall League Season Ending Tournament Overview State High School League bench decorum enforced. State high School League coaches box enforced. All games assigned 3-person CHSAA certified officiating crews. All games start with State High School League pre-game coach/officials meeting. Spectator code of conduct enforced. Violation results in indirect technical foul assigned to head coach (must sit). 2 results in head coach removed from game and additional 1 game suspension. Spectator Admission is charged for the season-ending tournament. *Head coach and assistant coach (2 total) per team are provide with coaching passes. *Team representative to run scoreboard/book operations (1 per team) provided with admission pass *Players on official roster do not pay admission. Admission rates: $5.00 per adult/senior/student 5 under FREE Awards are provided at each Tier Level of play in each division. Head coach of championship team receives team trophy. 1 st and 2 nd place players receive Fall League t-shirts. General Rules of Play 3 minute warm-up. 2 minute half-time. Games are run 55 minutes. Games are 2 (two) 20 minute running halves. Clock stops on the last 2 minutes of the second game, as long as the score differential is 14 points or less. 15 points or more clock runs. Teams are provided 3 (three) timeouts per game. No carry over into overtime. Overtime Periods Include: -1 st OT is 2 minutes stopped time (1 timeout allowed) -2 nd OT is first team to score 2 points (no timeout provided) 1/1 free throws shot on 7 team fouls (each half) Double bonus free throws shot on 10 team fouls (each half) Any non-common fouls (flagrant, intentional, technical, etc) results in 2 points to the other team and possession of the ball. 4-5 th grade boys and girls in LEAGUE PLAY only are not allowed to double team or trap outside (zone defense) the 3-point line under the basket in which they are defending. No press in LEAGUE PLAY at 15 points or above. Girls use the 28.5 size ball for all grade levels. Boys 4-5 th grade use the 28.5 size ball. Boys 6-8 th grade use the 29.5 size ball.
