WHAT IS FC PRIDE? 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF FC PRIDE? The Club shall develop, promote and administer youth soccer in the State of Indiana on behalf of players, coaches and administrators consistent with the constitution and bylaws, policies and procedures of IYSA, USYSA, USSF and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC)E
2017 CLUB DIRECTION The direction for 2017 is to transition FC Pride to the next level as a professional youth club by committing to compete on a National level with both the boys and girls programs. FC Pride continues to grow, and so do our standards on and off the field: 2013 363 players vs. 2017-560 players FC Pride Tournament Series continues to grow: 2014, 2015 & 2016 FC Pride Cup and Red Lion Invitational at maximum capacity Transitioning to a more full time based coaching model to give the most professional/focused experience (Currently 9 full time staff including Administration and Facilities Management) Thriving partnerships with Nike Soccer, FCBescola/ISL Futbol, AIM Performance (GPS Technology) Although growth is positive, we maintain our vision and philosophy. We value quality over quantity and will only grow until the point that we feel our infrastructure can continue to support our players

FC PRIDE PLAYER AND PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT PURPOSE o To set a club standard for all players and create an environment that allows for maximum development & growth. o Set high standards of quality and professionalism within the FC Pride organization o Protect all parties (parents, players, coaches, club, etc) in instances of conflict o Establish consistent expectations for players and parents o Teach players good morals, work ethic, respect, and discipline

FC PRIDE PLAYER AND PARENT CODE OF CONDUCT VOICING YOUR CONCERN The worst aspect of the game was the car ride home. My parents, while well-meaning, were always critiquing my performance and that of my teammates. ECNL vs. THE DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY Player Cost (Based on Indiana Fire ECNL 2016-2017 Season Schedule) o ECNL Club Fee = TBC (Between $2,250 and $2,400) o ECNL Travel Cost = Estimate $1,100 (plus ECNL Sanford (U15-U19) and ECNL Texas (U16/U17) o Development Academy Cost = $5,500 (inclusive of player travel) Substitution Policy o ECNL - familiar substitution rules, open in showcases o DA - FIFA Substitution policy (3 stoppages, max of 5 substitutions, no re-entry) Travel o ECNL Conference realignment set to reduce travel o DA - Potential single game weekends, despite the travel distance (New York x 2 and Minnesota) o DA - Travelling players not guaranteed any playing time due to substitution policy Restrictions o ECNL No High School restrictions o DA - No High School Soccer for players born in 2001 and younger

ECNL IDENTIFICATION PLATFORM o The ECNL Player Development Program is in conjunction with US Club Soccer s id 2 Player Development Program ( ECNL PDP ). o The ECNL PDP Goals are: o Identify the top players within each ECNL conference at multiple age groups o Provide a developmental experience o Recognize and reward individual performance and achievement o The ECNL PDP events provide an opportunity for the top players within every ECNL conference to play with and against the best players within their region at multiple age groups. o The ECNL PDPs will bring together the top 60 players within the conference or geographic region for a weekend of training, competition, and education. o Each ECNL PDP will occur over two days and will include three training sessions/matches and a presentation for the players. o Based upon their performance in ECNL competitions and in the ECNL PDPs over the course of the year, players may be invited to participate in the 2016 ECNL National Training Camp.
ECNL COLLEGE IMPACT ECNL Statistics o 92% of players in the ECNL during the 2016/2017 season will play college soccer o 3,900 players from the ECNL have played Division 1 soccer since 2015 o 58% of players in the Big East are ECNL Alumni Power 5 Impact o 65% of players in the ACC are ECNL Alumni o 58% of players in the Big 10 are ECNL Alumni o 62% of players in the Big 12 are ECNL Alumni o 66% of players in the Pac 12 are ECNL Alumni o 62% of players in the SEC are ECNL Alumni
FC PRIDE WPSL o FC Pride enters fourth WPSL season o WPSL is the largest Women s amateur/semi professional league in the world with over 90 clubs in the United States o In the American Women s Soccer landscape, WPSL is the considered second tier to the NWSL o 8-10 conference games and schedules o 3 nights of training per week o Important for college bound athletes o Exposure to other college athletes o Get game sharp in the summer to help settle in to fall college soccer season o Division Opponents: o Cincinnati Sirens (Cincinnati, OH) o Columbus Eagles (Columbus, OH) o Dayton Dutch Lions (Dayton, OH) o Fire & Ice Soccer Club (St Louis, Mo)
