Item E above is being revised to reflect the use of the west bridge arch and the center bridge arch for racing. There will still be a no passing zone through the bridge as each arch can only accommodate 1 crew at a time. It is anticipated that an official on the north side of the brideg will grant permission for crews going to the start to proceed through the east arch when there are no crews racing through the bridge. Coxswains MUST be attentive to driving their shell through the bridge arch FIRST and for most. Through this area, Coxswains MUST be defensive drivers through this area and NOT be zoned into racing. 5
