Conditions of Entry 1) All persons while mounted and leading in a test MUST wear a correctly fitted and secured hard had conforming to the latest standards. These can be found at www.bhs.org what-to-wear headwear or PDF Hats from BHS correct riding attire must be worn. 2) The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without stating any reason. All Entries must be on the entry form. No entries will be accepted unless accompanied by the correct entry fee, on entry fees will be refunded unless the event is cancelled or a doctors or vets certificate is supplied within 24 hours of the event. Any such refund will be made by Grove Farm credit note. 3) Horses and ponies MUST be 4 years old or over. 4) The oragnisers accept no responsibility, however caused for any loss or damage to property whatsoever, or for accident, injury or loss to any person, animal however caused, whether entrant, companion or any other person whatsoever including onlookers. Please note First Aid cover will be available but not Paramedic cover. 5) Entries from competitors under 18 MUST be signed by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult 6) Children (Under 18s) MUST be under close supervision at all times. 7) Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times.
