Relevant forms can be found on our website, www.ballarat.ymca.org.au and at our Y Central office, 7 Lyons St Nth, Ballarat. There is a 2 day processing time for all enrolments so please ensure you allow for this by enrolling and booking early. Fees The daily program fee includes any incursions or excursions occurring on the day. It is YMCA Ballarat policy that School Holiday bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Please note there are no credits, refunds or day transfers on Holiday Program cancellations Child Care Subsidy Families will receive benefits off their fee once they have approved their bookings using their mygov account. It is important that families approve their attendances, as families will not receive or be backdated for any days that are attended before approving through their mygov account. As YMCA Ballarat is on CCSS, please ensure you provide us with CRN number and date of birth of your child/ren and parent/guardian who receives CCS. Department of Human Services sends our service updated listings via internet connection every day; however the contract remains between the DHS and individual families. It is therefore your responsibility to notify the DHS of any changes to your income. The DHS phone number is 132 468. Families do not need to register a customer service number with the DHS for each venue they are using; this information is included in the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS) procedure that is already in place. What to Bring A nutritious lunch (no nut or nut products) including enough snacks for the day and a clearly named water bottle, Sun Smart approved hat and weather appropriate, labelled clothing need to be brought to the program every day. Sunscreen will be provided but if your child has sensitive skin we recommend they bring their own. We will provide fruit platters for afternoon tea. Our Holiday Program endeavours to be a NUT FREE zone.

Activities Scheduled activities may change due to circumstances outside our control such as extreme weather or changes made by activity providers.
