TRANSPORTATION Local Transportation (Airport/Train Station-Hotel-Airport/Train Station and Hotel- Swimming pool-hotel Transfers) will be provided free for all team only if the hotel booking will be done through the Official Agency of the Organizing Committee Viajes Todotravel. It is MANDATORY to let the travel agency know your bus schedule plan for each day at least 24hours before. We have an estimation of how the competition will be developed but if we know there is a need for an extra bus at certain time, we will fix that. In the afternoon, the competition pool will be closed as scheduled and warm ups will also start as scheduled. In the evening, the venue will close 15' after the last event is finished. No training will be possible after the last event. There will be three lanes in 25m indoor pool available from wednesday July 25th to Sunday 29th for open training.

Participation is mandatory for all federations. Team Leaders are responsible for checking the correct spelling of the athlete's names. The draw for routine preliminaries and Figures will take place. Passport check will be done at the meeting. JUDGES MEETING Wednesday, July 25th, 2018 at 19:30 h. at the venue. Participation is mandatory for all judges. It will be followed by a clinic for judges and coaches from 20:15 to 21:00. WELCOME FROM THE MAYOR OF SEVILLE. Wednesday, July 25th, there will be a reception at the City Council of Seville. Is MANDATORY that all delegations attend with 1 or 2 people. Dress code: Official uniform of each country. There will be a bus on the venue at 12:15 hours and you will be back in the pool at 14:00 h. OPENING CEREMONY Thursday, July 26th, at 18:00 in Competition Pool. We kindly ask one athlete from each federation to be ready at last call room at 17:40 in full uniform. WELCOME COCKTAIL Thursday, July 26th, at 20:45 in Pool restaurant. We wish all team leaders and judges attend to this welcome event in their official uniforms right after the end of the competition.
FLOW OF THE COMPETITION Athletes are asked to go into the Last Call Room (3) routines prior to their start. Routine members (0) cero, (1) one and (2) two must report to the Last Call Room 15 before the start. Finals Before each final there will be a parade of athletes 15 before start. In Solos one athlete will parade, in all other events two athletes per country will parade. 20 before the start of the respective finals, the representatives need to be ready in the Last Call Room in full uniform. Competitors will be introduced and will walk through the platform in the starting order. PRE-SWIMMERS There will be pre-swimmers both for preliminaries and finals in routines and in Figure competition. Pre-swimmers do not attend the parade before the finals. FIELD OF PLAY PROTOCOL AND ACCESS CONTROL All athletes and Team officials are asked to respect the need for a clear deck during the competition. Only competing athletes can access the Field of Play during the competition. Access to the Field of Play will be limited to people with proper accreditation. Athletes and Team officials are always required to wear their accreditation cards where appropriate. Kiss & Cry A maximum of (2) coaches per Federation will be watching the performance from the Kiss & Cry corner. Reserves can also be in Kiss and Cry area. Exit when finished the routine Once their routine is completed, athletes go through kiss & cry onto the starting platform to wait for their scores being announced. Gelatine area There is an area designated for this were you will find a microwave, please apply the gelatine in this area.
Swimwear check It is NOT mandatory to get swimwear checked but if the team is concerned and want to show his swimwear beforehand, please contact the Referee. Changes to entries Any changes from the original entry must be handed to the Chief Recorder or the changes box in the official forms at least 2 hours prior to the event starting time. The box will be available in Secretary desk of the competition. START LISTS AND RESULTS COMEN & the OC cares for the environment so we won t print in paper start list or results for each federation. We will have a bulletin board were all these files will be hanged up. You may also follow the link in www.rfen.es click the competition poster. AWARDS CEREMONY Following the rules medals will be awarded for 1 st 3 rd places in all events both for OPEN and COMEN Classification. Awarding Ceremonies will start as soon as the official results are ready. For a smooth flow we kindly ask all competitors with the chance of winning a medal to go to the Last Call room during the last routine. Reserves will get medals and they can go to the podium. Athletes are reminded to attend to the Victory Ceremonies wearing their official tracksuit. No flags nor mobile phones are aloud. WIFI There s Wi-Fi both in hotel and venue. OC will provide you the username and password upon your arrival. FIRST AID AND ATHLETES MEDICAL SERVICES The first aid area is beside Gelatine Area. Medical Service is available at all training and competition times. The general emergency number in Spain is 112.
