Specification and Inventory The LM30 is a quality built five berth Danish motor sailor powered by a Bukh 36 hp diesel engine.this LM30 has the long fin keel option and enclosed wheelhouse with wheel steering. COMMENT The LM 30 'Lyrisk' is in good condition and well equipped for sailing on the West Coast of Scotland. She is the long fin keel version making for a stable platform with good sailing performance. LM Boats International have an excellent reputation for producing quality craft for long distance sailing. ACCOMMODATION Accommodation is for five persons in two cabins (includes the saloon) The forward cabin has two single berths in the usual 'V' configuration. Head with sea toilet to starboard. (New Jabsco sea toilet fitted 2014.) Large hanging locker to port. The saloon has two single settee berths and the starboard settee berth will convert into a double berth when required. The dinning area is in the saloon and will seat a full crew. The galley is fitted with a two ring gas cooker, grill and oven. Sink with pressurised fresh water supply.
