Draw for the groups and matches were done based on last year s group standings, with new teams joining this year added to the bottom as per their registration order. Refer to Section Changing Room facilities will be used by the playing teams. Please empty the changing room, if your team is not scheduled to play the next match. Toilets are also available in the Main hall for non-playing team members and guests. Representatives of the team should go through this document in detail and understand the rules clearly to avoid confusion. Please raise any queries with rag_ind@yahoo.com.

Rules Tournament Rules 5. MK AIR CC Committee will decide the teams schedule and the venue, we will try to ensure no or minimum travelling is required, but in case of travelling, all teams needs to arrange their own travelling. It s the captain s responsibility to find out where their team is to play and ensure the team is at the ground at least 15 minutes before the start of the play. 6. Whites are compulsory for the match. Umpires will not allow any player without whites for the match. Under special circumstances, MK AIR CC Committee will have final say on this point. 7. Changing rooms cannot be guaranteed, or teams might need to share the changing rooms. Teams needs to make sure that they will make arrangements to secure their valuables, and MK AIR CC committee will not be responsible for any losses. 8. Time is key to the success of this tournament and if teams are not starting on time, or deliberately delaying the matches, MK AIR CC committee holds full rights to disqualify the team from the current match or from the tournament and the result will be in favour of the opponent team. 9. All teams needs to arrange for their own insurance. MK AIR CC will not be responsible for any damages, injuries or losses. 10. This tournament is arranged for enjoyment and any abusive language, or physical abuse will NOT be tolerated and MK AIR CC committee hold the rights to suspend members/teams from tournament, if such behaviour is noticed. The other team will get the bye in this case. 11. If weather does not permit the current format of matches, then MK AIR CC committee holds the rights to change the format of matches. No fees will be refunded. 12. In case of complete washout, food and drinks will be provided and No fees will be refunded. 13. All non-playing teams need to provide 1 umpire and 1 scorer (people with good knowledge of the rules) for the other matches. Teams failing to do so could get deductions in their points (Max 2 points per official, at the discretion of organising committee). 14. Umpire's decision will be the Final decision and only MK AIR CC Committee will have the rights to overturn the decision in exceptional circumstances. 15. A Player can only play for one Team throughout the tournament, if a team is found to be violating this, they could be suspended or their points deducted at the discretion of the organising committee. 16. All teams needs to arrange for their own cricket kit. Organisers will not provide any equipment unless pre-agreed.

17. The organising committee reserves the right to make changes and amend these rules to allow the smooth running of the tournament. Any rules changes or amendments will be communicated to the participating teams as soon as possible. 18. All clubs/teams who participate in the tournament agree to co-operate fully with all publicity surrounding the event including any sponsors of the tournament. 19. By applying to enter and /or taking part in this tournament it is deemed that each club/team accepts, and informs all players, coaches, team officials and supporters of all rules set by the organising committee and agree to any sanctions by the organising committee. Point System Winning team gets 20 Points Losing team will get bonus points as below For every 2 Wickets taken 1 point For first 50 runs scored 1 point There after every additional 25 Runs scored 1 points If points are tied the Pool Toppers will be decided on Net Run Rate. Top 2 teams from each Group after the league games will advance to Semi- Finals. Game Rules 1) If a team causes a delay, points will be deducted as follows 1 point for the first 10 minutes AND 1 point for every five minutes thereafter. 2) If a team causes a delay of 30 min or more in such case the rule of walk over will be applied against the team causing the delay. Team causing the delay will not get any points and the opposition team will get the full 20 points. 3) If the game is interrupted due to weather or any other unavoidable conditions than the overs will be reduced based on 1 over each innings for every 10 minutes loss of play (at the discretion of Organisation Committee). 4) The match will be considered as played if 8 or more over are bowled by each side. If less than 8 overs are bowled in 2 nd innings, the match will be considered Cancelled and both teams will get 10 points. 5) If the match is to be reduced from the 2 nd innings, then the overall average run rate will be considered for arriving at a target for the 2 nd innings of the match provided the match is played for at least 8 over s in each innings.

6) Run rate is calculated with total number of runs scored divided by the total number of overs for the game (some examples are below) Team Runs Scored Overs Played Overs per innings Net Run Rate Team A 99 14 15 99/15 = 6.60 Team B 80 15 15 80/15 = 5.33 7) Umpires decision should be respected and will be considered as final decision. 8) No abusive language by the player or supporting members will be tolerated. In such cases the MK AIR CC Committee has the rights to disqualify the team causing it. 9) Maximum over s allowed per bowler will be calculated as Max over s in the Innings / 4, rounded up. For example for a full game of 15 over s, it will be 4 overs. In the event of reduced game the same rule will be applied. 10) Any player under 18 must use helmet while they are batting. 11) A wide ball will be 1 run plus an extra delivery 12) A No Ball will be 1 run plus an extra delivery (there will be a free hit for front foot no ball) 13) There will be a 4 over power play with only a max of 2 fielders allowed outside the inner circle. 14) All other ICC one day cricket rules applied. 15) All matches will be played as 15 over matches; however under special circumstances (i.e. weather conditions) MK AIR CC committee reserves the right to change this. 16) Each Game will be given a new ball. In case of loss of ball, a used ball will be used to continue the match. Please note, it is not a new ball per innings. 17) At the end of the game, the match score sheet has to be signed by both the captains and the umpire and returned to the committee along with the ball.
