FIRST-TIME FANS CHECKLIST While this list is dedicated to first-timers, it can also be used for our returning fans to help make packing as easy as possible. NECESSITIES TICKETS Duh! EAR PROTECTION Auto racing is loud, and we recommend noise-reducing headphones SUNSCREEN, HAT & SUNGLASSES There s a difference between getting a tan and getting a sunburn. WATER & FOOD We allow coolers of 14 inches or less in dimension into our grandstands, and we encourage you to pack an ample amount of water, drinks and food. No glass, please! LAYERED CLOTHING Be sure to check the weather report ahead of time, and pack the appropriate amount of clothing for the temperature and conditions. COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOES At 1,200 acres, the property at NHMS is big, and while we provide trams and golf cart shuttle services to and from the grandstand area, there is still some walking to be done. Please wear appropriate footwear for getting around. #NASCARNewEngland #Foxwoods301 ADDITIONS RACE SCANNER OR FANVISION These can be rented at the track, or, better yet, added onto a ticket purchase at a discounted rate. (See P. 3 for more details) MOBILE PHONE WITH NHMS APP The NHMS app can serve as your race weekend pocket guide. It also includes a live stream for race broadcasts on the Performance Racing Network. TICKET LANYARD Many fans find that lanyards are the easiest way to carry and maintain tickets, pre-race pit passes, IDs, etc. PHOTO OF PARKING LOT SIGN The Gil Rogers Highway five-lane road through our parking lots spans about three miles, so make sure you take a photo of the sign closest to where you parked. This will help ensure you find your car much faster after the race. SEAT CUSHION All seating at NHMS is grandstand seating. Cushions are acceptable, but please note that seat backs with arms are prohibited. REPRESENTATION OF YOUR FAVORITE DRIVER If you re new to NASCAR or need to pick up any additional merchandise, be sure to check out Souvenir Hauler Row located behind the Main Grandstand. TAILGATE ESSENTIALS Many of our fans choose to tailgate before and/or after the race. Located just outside Turn 2 of the speedway, the Fan Zone is the perfect place to meet other fans, see special appearances from drivers, rock out to concerts, grab some awesome eats, buy your favorite driver s gear and get some super-cool freebies from New Hampshire Motor Speedway s many, many partners. The Fan Zone is also home to the NHMS Tent, and the Kids Zone, featuring games and activities for kids of all ages! Featuring live entertainment and even the occasional driver appearance, the Lite Lobster Lounge is the place to be during race week. True to its name, the lounge features a variety of authentic lobster dishes, along with other sandwich and salad options for the non-lobster eaters. RICKY CRAVEN S ONE FOR THE KIDS GOLF TOURNAMENT Thursday, July 19 at 7:00 a.m. For $150/person or $600/team, come enjoy a day of golf at Canterbury Woods Country Club, and help raise money for children across New England. CHAMPIONS BREAKFAST Friday, July 20 at 8:00 a.m. 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Martin Truex Jr. and 2017 NASCAR XFINITY Series champion William Byron will take part in this annual event that benefits the Children s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. WICKED GOOD LIVE AUCTION Friday, July 20 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Don t miss your chance to bid on NASCAR and racing memorabilia along with other exciting items. There will be a variety of things to choose from at the auction including Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series sheet metal and racing gear from many of your favorite drivers. The auction will be held at the Trackside Live Stage, located next to the entrance of the infield tunnel. Admission is free. HELICOPTER RIDES Saturday, July 21 from 9:00 a.m. Dusk Now is your chance to get an aerial view of the speedway as you take a scenic helicopter ride around the NHMS property. To purchase tickets, go to the helipad located outside of Turn 3. Tickets are $60/person. Must be 18 years or older. Weather permitting and restrictions apply. CHARITY BICYCLE RIDE Saturday, July 21 Time TBD Details TBD TRACK WALK PRESENTED BY PPG Saturday, July 21 at 8:00 p.m. Walk a lap around NHMS with New England native and Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Joey Logano. Registration is $25. Children 16 and under are free with a paid adult. RED BUCKET BRIGADE BY PPG Saturday, July 21 & Sunday, July 22 Volunteers will be coming through the stands with the red buckets looking for donations that will go to help children in need across New England. CHARITY CLAY SHOOT Thursday, Sept. 20 from 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Come join us for a fun day of clay shooting and enjoying the great outdoors of New Hampshire. Cost of the event is $300/individual or $1,000/foursome. Location: 20th Skeet & Clays in Hooksett, N.H. 5

TRAM ROUTES N HU 12 S TT LE h nce TV Gate The Blue, Red and Yellow trams stop running for approximately 45 minutes after the wave of the checkered flag in Sunday s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Foxwoods Resort Casino 301. This is to provide safe exit for all pedestrians. The only tram routes that will run at this time are the Hill Loop and the N12 Shuttle. The Blue Tram runs around the Magic Mile Loop (perimeter of the speedway). This tram will provide a quick and easy way to get from one part of the track to the other. The Blue Tram route connects with both the Red and Yellow Routes to allow the guest to change routes to reach all parts of the property with ease. ad Asby Ro Tram Routes begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and 7:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All trams run until two hours after the last event of each day. Sunday post-race Trams run limited service to allow fans safe egress. Main Entrance The Red Tram will provide transportation to fans who park in the N Lots. It will also bring you to the helipad, where many of the drivers fly in and Speedway Children s Charities will conduct charity helicopter rides on Saturday from 9 a.m. to dusk. NEW HA MP SHI RE ROU TE 106 The Red Tram route has two special routes added to assist guests later in the afternoons: The HILL LOOP trams pick up guests at the tram stop at the bottom of the hill behind the Granite Ledge and carries them up Heliport Skyway to the tram stop at the top of the hill. The HILL LOOP runs from mid afternoon until two hours after the last event of each day. The N12 SHUTTLE runs ONLY after the checkered flag in Sunday s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race. Guests are picked up in the N7 lot and dropped off in the N12 lot near the North Entrance with no stops in between. The Yellow Tram will run from the Fan Zone through the S9 campground and will make a stop in the S12 Day parking lot. It will also provide transportation to the North East Motor Sports Museum and credentials. 6 South Entrance 7

Asby Road Main Entrance NEW HAMPSHIRE ROUTE 106 SUNDAY EXIT PROCEDURES The N lots, with the exception of N1, N2 and N3, will be required to exit onto 106 North toward Laconia. (N5 can go in either direction) The S lots, as well as the N1, N2 and N3 lots, will be required to exit onto 106 South toward Concord. NASCAR Garage Credentials to NASCAR events are issued only to working competitors, NASCAR and NHMS officials, working media and safety and rescue workers. You may visit any ticket booth to purchase a Pre-Race Pit Pass or call (603) 783-4931. PICK UP WILL CALL TICKETS? Tickets purchased online/by phone via Ticketmaster or NHMS may be picked up race weekend at any open ticket booth with a valid photo ID. PICK UP CREDENTIALS? Fans who were notified they have credentials waiting for them are able to pick them up with a valid ID at the NHMS Credential Office, located in the North East Motor Sports Museum. Enter at the South Entrance of the Speedway. Stay in the far left lane, and take the second left into Gate 2 of the S12 Lot. Credential Office hours are listed at NHMS.com. GET FIREWOOD? Scanner frequencies can be found in the Inside Track, the official event program of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. You can purchase this at any SMI trailer or at Speedway World. IS IT OKAY TO... BRING A COOLER TO THE RACES? Yes, however it must measure no larger than 14 X 14 X 14. NO GLASS is allowed. Each guest is permitted one carry-in item along with a cooler. Carry-in items cannot exceed 14 inches in size. BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A COOLER TO THE SPEEDWAY? You may bring alcoholic beverages into the grandstand areas, but not into the infield. NO GLASS IS ALLOWED. SMOKE? Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is NOT permitted in any grandstand, entry portals, terrace, suite or restroom areas. Guests may smoke in open concourse areas. FLY OR OPERATE AN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT OR REMOTE CONTROL AIRPLANE ON NHMS PROPERTY? No. You cannot fly or operate any unmanned aircraft, remote control plane or anything like this on property. If you see anyone operating or attempting to operate anything like this, please notify Security at (603) 783-9245. DRIVE MY CAR AROUND THE SPEEDWAY? You sure can! On Wednesday July 18, NHMS will allow the public to drive around the speedway in their private vehicles as a fundraiser for Speedway Children s Charities. If you are interested in even more speed, a list of driving schools that participate at NHMS is located on the NHMS website. IS THERE... FREE PARKING AVAILABLE AT NHMS? Yes, New Hampshire Motor Speedway provides free on-site parking to anyone with a ticket to the day s event. There is no overnight parking allowed on the premises except in designated areas where parking is purchased in association with camping. Carpooling is strongly recommended. The gates to the daily parking lots will open at 6 a.m. on race days. There are four gates to enter the NHMS parking lots (South, Main, TV and North). General parking is accessed through the South and North gates. The Main and TV gates are only for handicap parking, VIP pass-holders and specific parking passes (Media, Vendor and Official). Please note that in some instances, different pass-holders share these lots. 10

SHUTTLE SERVICES RUNNING AT EVENT TIME? NHMS offers several modes of transportation FREE OF CHARGE for patrons needing assistance moving around the facility. The Tram service offers transportation along routes surrounding the track (see P. 6 & 7 for the Tram Map). Golf cart transportation is available for guests needing special assistance throughout the NHMS parking areas as well as wheelchair accessibility around the track. Please note the trams will run on a limited schedule for the first 45 minutes after the checkered flag flies in Sunday s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. WHAT IS... THERE TO EAT AT NHMS? The Taste of the Speedways concession, located under the Main Grandstand, features signature food items from each of the eight Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI) facilities around the country. Additional NHMS WOW items are featured at the Flame & Fuel concessions. The Lite Lobster Lounge, located near the Infield Tunnel, and the Smoke Shack BBQ, inside the infield, also feature unique food items. NEW THIS YEAR! Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted at all concessions. AVAILABLE AT THE SPEEDWAY FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES? Beer and wine are available to purchase in the grandstand concourse during major race weekends. New Hampshire Motor Speedway also continues its fan-friendly policy of permitting fans to bring their own coolers with alcoholic beverages into the facility. THE TYPICAL WAIT-TIME TO GET HOME AFTER THE SUNDAY RACE? Take into consideration the number of people attending the event. Obviously, the more people and cars, the longer it will take you to get home. Also, follow the directions of the parking attendants, which will aid in getting everyone home quicker. CELL PHONE SERVICE LIKE AT THE SPEEDWAY? You can use your cell phone at the speedway, but keep in mind that access declines as the number of people attending an event increases. Do not rely on your cell phone if you need to relay or receive important information. THE TRACKSIDE TERRACE? The Trackside Terrace is the only campground at NHMS where there are full hook-ups, and fans can watch the race just a few feet away from the racetrack between turns 3 and 4. FAN JAM? Fan Jam is the ultimate fan appreciation party with the best fans in the world on Friday from 8:00-10:00 p.m. in the infield near Turn 1. The party will feature a limited amount of $2 hot dogs as well as live entertainment. WHAT IF... A FAMILY MEMBER IS LOST? Any lost family members should be escorted to the Main Office and will remain with Security personnel until parents or a family member is located. Should you find a missing person or have information about a potential missing person, please contact Security at (603) 783-9245. MY CAR BREAKS DOWN? Contact Operations at (603) 513-5726. A tow truck will be dispatched to either help start your vehicle or call for mechanical assistance. I LOCK MY KEYS IN THE CAR? Contact Security at (603) 783-9245. A locksmith will be dispatched to your car and will unlock your car for a fee. I HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE? Mobile medical teams patrol the speedway grounds. If in need of medical assistance, contact a speedway usher or speedway representative, and give them the location (i.e. seat number and section) of the person in need of medical attention. THE GRANITE LEDGE? The Granite Ledge is a corporate hospitality area outside of the Turn 3. The area is the site of tent chalets and mobile hospitality structures for sponsors and clients during race weekend. THE TRACKSIDE LIVE STAGE? The NASCAR Trackside Live Stage is located next to the Infield Tunnel and will feature FREE entertainment throughout the weekend, including special driver Q&As. 11
