Choosing a sport in which every second is a battle for survival, he is well aware of the challenges ahead. He has to think on his feet and to do that he needs to be in top physical and psychological form. And he s ready for it. Armaan has an intense fitness regime. His basic routine includes stretching, core exercises, cardio and weight training. Combined with his fitness training is his nutrition programme, to keep his body in perfect balance and build endurance.
