Dear Friend, Last season was a great year in charitable giving for the Kids N Community Foundation as $576,000 in cash grants were donated to 29 different children s charities in our area. This annual donation was achieved through financial support from Caniacs, corporate partners and annual fundraisers like the golf tournament. On Monday, September 14th, the Hurricanes will take over Prestonwood Country Club for the 17th Annual Kids N Community Foundation Golf Tournament presented by BlueStaff/ BlueLine Associates. Foursomes will enjoy a round of golf with a Carolina Hurricanes player, coach, alumnus, front office executive or broadcaster at the prestigious country club. Each registered golfer will also receive a tournament gift bag valued over $250, complimentary on-course snacks and beverages, entrance to the post-tournament reception, two lower-level tickets to a regular season Canes game, and two passes to a pre-game Thank You reception.
