The cardhouse is currently under renovation, but will be back open at the end of the month! The craft fair is coming up in November, and the deadline for paid reservations is July 1st! Please read through the rest of the newsletter for announcements and reminders. Pasta Potluck Here Comes Summer Upcoming Events June 6th - D Day June 19th - Father s Day June 20th - Summer Solstice See our calendar for more! Pg 4 Sat. June 18th is our Pasta Potluck. We will serve penne pasta with marinara sauce and a bowtie pasta with alfredo sauce. Meatballs on the side. Place setting, water and soda provided. Please bring dessert or salad. BYOB. Everyone must sign up for the dinners. It s hard to plan seating and the food without a head count. Cancelations are the same way, please call the office and leave a message if you have to cancel. Reservation deadline for the supper is June 13th. Community Reminders If you notice the pool/hot tub is not working on the weekends, please call Chris Cain at 255-3490. Water Aerobics time has changed to summer hours, 9:00-10:00 am. Garbage cans must be 45 ft back from the curb. For pickup place cans out in the street with wheels against the curb. Speed limit is 15 mph, and all stop signs should be obeyed. Go Paperless! Send your email address to Sue at vistaviewsue@msn.com to receive our newsletter every month via email. ATTENTION: The dumpster in RV area is ONLY for RVers or Clubhouse/employee use. No resident should be using that dumpster unless pre-arranged for use with a clubhouse function. All residents should have garbage pickup, or share with another resident. A Friendly Suggestion When attending activities at the clubhouse, you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket. It s easier to take a layer off if you don t need it, then not have it available. Thank you, Management New Exercise Room Under Construction Construction for the exercise room and the dog park is almost complete! Please be careful around the construction sites. Coffee & Donuts Coffee has been moved to 8:00 am every Tuesday and Friday! In the fall, we may consider moving coffee to 8:30. Clubhouse Notifications BINGO 2-4PM: Come play bingo! First set of cards are free, snacks and drinks also free. Extra cards are $3/set of 2. Jewish Womens Luncheon: On break until November 2, 2016. Book Mobile: Thurs. June 16th at 1:00pm: Come by and pickup books or call the County Library(432-8930), ask for Judith in Bisbee to special order books. They will bring them to the clubhouse on the third Wed of the month. You are responsible for returning to get them back to the library lady. Sorry, you can t bring them in and drop them off, but you can take them over to Bisbee to the County Library. REMINDER: The cardhouse is closed for renovations until June 30th. *The knitting group will move to clubhouse until cardhouse renovation is complete.* Add your Voice to the Newsletter Starting next month, any information you may want to add to the calendar may be submitted by the 12th of the month.

I am available to help with: dog walking, picking up dog doo-doo, dog-sitting, yard work, odd jobs, cooking, and last but not least window washing. Please Call: 605-786-7178 if you are interested in hiring Joe for some housework or general help. He is an awesome guy and he wants to keep busy. Give him a call to do some work for you. Belvedere Ave Tucson AZ 85706 Craft Fair: The next craft fair at Vista View Resort is on Saturday, November 19th from 9 am - 2 pm. All items you sell must be handcrafted by you. Deadline for paid reservations is July 1st, 2016. Entry fee is $15, plus 1 item donation for door prize. No refunds for cancellations after August 15th, 2016. All vendors are responsible for all their own bookkeeping and sales tax collections and payments to the State of Arizona. For more information on Transaction Privilege Tax and forms, please visit www.azdor.gov. Please Be Considerate of Others Using Pool With grandkids coming for visits, please consider the noise level for residents living near the pool when you are at the facility. Kids should be out of the pool by 3:30, this enables residents to enjoy the pool as well. Visitors must be accompanied by a resident. Please never leave kids unattended in the pool area, and no kids under 14 are allowed in the spa. For Sale Large Ceiling Fan (54 ) with light.
