ORGANIZATION The EUROPEAN YOUTH CUP BOULDER 2018 in Delft (NED) is organized by the NKBV and its member club Delfts Bleau. The EYC BOULDER allocated by the IFSC Europe in accordance with the IFSC general and boulder regulations and the European Youth Cup Boulder rules. A Shuttle Bus will take you to the nearest metro station (Meijersplein). Take the metro to Rotterdam Central Station and take the train to Delft Zuid. Renting a car is also an option. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is 50km away. From the airport you can take a train to Delft Zuid. Renting a car is also an option. By train: Use station Delft Zuid. A brief walk (5 minutes) will bring you to Bouldercentrum Delfts Bleau. If you use Delft Central Station the walk will be 15 minutes. By car: is easily accessible via the A13 or the A4. Free parking on the terrain, however, the terrain is rather small so it s best to park at the Suez Parking, Schieweg 60, marked on the map as ACCOMMODATION & VISA For assistance please get directly in contact with the Tourist Office Delft. REGISTRATION OF TEAM OFFICIALS AND COMPETITORS 3.2.1 European member federations may register, within statutory deadlines, all their team officials who shall be granted free entry into the competition venue. These officials shall be registered via the IFSC website, must be in possession of a valid international licence and specifically nominated for one of the following roles: a) One (1) Head of Delegation; b) Three (3) coaches; c) Three (3) qualified medical or paramedical personnel. TEAM QUOTA: 3.2.2 Subject to article 2.2., member federations shall be permitted to register on the official IFSC registration form a National Team comprising (where applicable) a) Four (4) official team members in each category in each age group of each discipline of the competition. The hosting country shall be entitled to register two (2) more competitors in each age group and category b) Any current Adult/Youth World/European Champions (who shall be registered for the Discipline in which they are champion) and any current Adult/Youth Overall World/European Champions. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 5 days before the day of the first competition round. This will be Monday 28th of May 2018. REGISTRATION FEES: Euro 25,- for each competitor. Please pay the registration fee of Euro 20,- cash at the registration on Friday 1st of June between 16h30 and 18h00. Euro 5,- per competitor will be charged by IFSC Europe to the national federation.
