Revised General Regulations and Entry Specification ENTRY SPECIFICATIONS ~NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PROOF of ELIGIBILTY & CURRENT COGGINS~ Please fill out entry forms completely and correctly, including signatures. If you have questions about completing the forms or membership requirements, please contact the show secretary before sending in your entry. Entry Information Requirement: Competitors are responsible to include a copy of all memberships. Entry Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations only in writing either by mail, e-mail or fax prior to or on closing date. No Refunds for any reason after closing date. Cancellation prior to or on closing date - entire entry minus office fee. Weather/Acts of God/Accidents or Emergency Policy: Management reserves the right to cancel any classes due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, Accidents or Emergencies. Every effort will be made to reschedule with priority given Championship classes. No refunds for cancellations due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, Accidents or Emergencies. Online Entries: TBD Acknowledgements: Entry acknowledgements will be emailed to the email address listed on the entry form. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact the secretary. Entry discrepancies must be rectified prior to closing date or entry may not be accepted. CHAMPIONSHIP ELIGIBILITY 1) Rider must be a member of an appropriate local riding organization when scores/points are earned. Examples of appropriate association would be: GMOs such as GDCTA, The Good Horseman Foundation, TAG DEA - Tennessee, Alabama, & Georgia Dressage & Eventing Association, Birmingham Dressage & CTA, SCDCTA, NCDCTA, Pony Club etc. 2) The show where you earned your scores must be a Qualifying Show. To be a Qualifying Show for the Southeast Schooling Show Championships, the show: Must be recognized by your local riding association, i.e., the scores/points earned at that show must be eligible to count toward year-end awards Must be a non-usef/usdf/usea-sanctioned competition (USEF may define the competition as a Regular Competition or Local Competition both are eligible to host qualifying classes.) 3) Rider must show proof of volunteering at one event, either a recognized show or schooling show. 4) Rider must meet the eligibility requirements for your specific classes: a. 3-Phase Eventing: Place 1st through 5th at 2 qualified schooling shows (see #2) and must have at least 1 clear round on XC b. Combined Training: Place 1st through 5th at 2 qualified schooling shows (see #2) c. Dressage: Two (2) scores at 60% or above from two (2) different judges at the highest test of the level at two (2) qualified schooling shows (see #2). Scores can be earned at the same show but must have been earned under different judges. 5) Schooling Show attire is acceptable, but it is preferred it be neat and tidy, with hair appropriately secured under helmet. Jackets are optional. Chaps are permitted. Raincoats will be permitted, if raining. 6) If you qualify for Championships in Dressage and 3-Phase with the same horse rider combination, you may enter both classes. If you qualify for Championships in Dressage and Combined Training with the same horse rider combination, you may enter both classes. However, you may *not* enter both Combined Training and 3-Phase Division with the same horse and rider combination. You may *not* enter both a Championship and regular schooling rounds with the same horse and rider combination. 7) A horse or pony may be ridden by two separate riders in the Amoeba, Tadpole or Dressage Intro C but not in the same class.

AWARDS Trainer s Award: There will be a Trainer s Award for 3-Phase. The winner will be determined by the best placing of the top 5 riders of each team. If there is a draw, it will be decided on the placing in the highest division. Awards for the Championship Classes: Classes will be run as OPEN for scheduling purposes. All classes will pin awards according to rider status, Adult***, Young Rider** or Junior*. All Trophies will be kept at Chatt Hills. Champion, Reserve Champion, and Ribbons to sixth place for each class. Collegiate Team Awards: Best score of 4 team members of the same college in 3 Phase Eventing or Dressage. If a team member is disqualified a score will be assigned to that member. Alumni Teams can be made up of any college graduate. *A Junior is eligible to compete in junior classes until the end of the calendar year in which they reach age 14. ** A Young Rider is eligible to compete in Young Rider classes until the end of the calendar year in which they reach 21. **Adult classes are open to riders from the beginning of the calendar year they reach age 22. Stabling/Tack Stall Fees: 240 Permanent stalls - 12 x 12 with doors and mats. Haul-ins welcome and encouraged. Stalls come with limited bedding/shavings. Additional shavings can be ordered on your entry form for $8.00 per bag. Stabling Groups: If you desire to be stabled with a group, please use ONE CONSISTENT NAME for the entire group or risk being orphaned. Show Management is not necessarily familiar with farm names and is not responsible if you are with the wrong group. You may provide a map of desired stall locations relative to everyone in the group. Stabling requests will be honored to the best of our ability. Stalls will be assigned first come, first served. All stalls are the same price. Guest Horses: Guest (non-competing) horses are welcome, as entries permit. Submit a complete entry blank (including signatures), copy of current Coggins, office fee, non-compete horse fee, stabling fees. Guest horses may not use warm-up arenas while classes conducted - 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM or end of the day s classes. Arenas: 20mx40m and 20mx60m arenas with sand/fiber footing. Go 4.5 miles then Left on Hwy 70 Cascade Palmetto Rd. Go 0.3 miles then Right on Cochran Mill Rd. Go 1 and1/4 mile, then right into show entrance. From I-20 heading East: Take Exit 37 Hwy 92 Fairburn/Douglasville; end of ramp go Right on 92 South/ Fairburn Rd. Go 5.2 miles then go Right at light staying on 92 South Fairburn Rd. Go for 4.2 miles then at light go Right on Cascade Palmetto Rd. Go 0.3 miles then Right on Cochran Mill Rd. Go 1/2 mile, then right onto Cedar Grove Road show entrance is 1 and 1/4 mile on the right. From I-85 heading North: Take Exit 61 Hwy 74, Fairburn; end of ramp go left heading North on 74. When the 4-lane lane turns into a 2-lane, stay straight (do not continue on 74); go straight for 2.3 miles until the road dead ends into Rivertown. Go left on Rivertown for 3.5 miles to S. Fulton Pkwy. Cross over S. Fulton Pkwy staying on Rivertown for.7 miles. Turn slight right onto Cedar Grove Road go 7.2 miles show entrance will be on the right.
