SHOW RULES AND INFORMATION 1. Classes may be divided, combined, canceled, or re-ordered if conditions warrant. 2. A child s riding age is the age as of Dec. 1, 2017. 3. ASTM/SEI certified helmets with harness and boots with a heel must be worn by all riders when mounted. 4. Decisions of the judge and management are final. 5. Pre-entry rates for Hunters & Equitation and Gymkhana are accepted until the Friday before the show at 5pm. Pre-entry for Dressage, Jumpers, and Combined Training are requested by the Wednesday before the show at 5pm. 6. All pets must be leashed. 7. Fence heights are approximate. 8. Negative Coggins required, within 1 year. 9. Hunter/Eq- Schooling is permitted in the show ring from 7-8:15am, where permitted in the schedule, and by request. All-day schooling in the indoor. 10. Jumper/Combined schooling prior to the start of each division. 11. Cedar Valley Stables, the Silver Moon Show Series, and the show management are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, animals or property of any exhibitor or spectator on or off show grounds. 12. Points are awarded 7-5-4-3-2-1, with double points awarded on double point shows. 13. Scratches for a refund must be done prior to the division beginning. 14. Cross entering may be done only as specified in the rules and division descriptions PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. 15. Cross entering rules apply to each show separately. I.E.- Riders may show in a restrictive division at one show and then move up/down to another division at a different show. 16. In order to be eligible for year-end awards, riders must enter the high point program and attend ANY two hunter shows, and/or one CT/Jumper/Dressage/Gymkhana show. 17. In jumpers and dressage, the points/scores will follow the horse. In hunters and equitation, points are followed how designated in the division descriptions. In gymkhana the points will follow the rider. 18. All entry fees can be found on the show series entry form and in prize list. 19. Cancellations, rescheduling, etc. can be found on the show series Facebook page.
