Because the staff cannot be everywhere at one time, there are a few rules that need to addressed and understood by the cast and their parents: - Any student caught intentionally striking another student will automatically be CUT from the cast/crew. - We will not accept any disruptive or disrespectable behavior. This includes, running in the hallways or auditorium, cursing at any time, name calling of any kind or being disrespectful to any staff member or volunteer. If students are caught doing any of above the following will occur: - Verbal Warning/Conversation with Parents - Cut from the show
ABSENTEE POLICY: Important: No conflicts will be accepted starting Monday, November 28 th. All rehearsals will be held Monday through Thursday and Saturdays Attendance is important. Crew members who don t have consistent attendance may be asked not to participate. When assigning roles in your designated department, it may become hard to pull extra weight if you can t be at rehearsal. Requirements include a completed form, teacher recommendation and parent consent. Once all application forms have been received, they will be reviewed and a crew will be chosen to work on this year's show. Please visit our website the Keith Valley Music Theatre for updates. Email for the staff and directors is KVMusicTh8r@yahoo.com Please take into consideration that Lion King, Jr. is a MAJOR time commitment for all involved (Staff, Cast and Crew) and we do expect dedication. Only those with real interest and responsibility should apply. All Crew members will be held to the same commitment levels and behavior requirements as the cast.
