77 RULES 1 Feld Dmensons: Feld Length wll be 100 yards: 80 yard playng feld wth 10 yard end zone. If not enough space aalable feld wll be altered n the best way possble. 1 Startng Each Game: Home team(1 st on the schedule) wll begn possesson on the 5 Yard lne. A whstle wll begn each game. Games wll hae (2) 25 mnute hales, runnng clock (1)tme-out-per-half (30 sec tme out) 2 mnute halftme. Offcal wll declare when clock s under 2 mnutes. The clock neer stops. A whstle wll end each game. The referee wll keep the offcal score and tme on the feld for each game. Mouth guards and cleats must be worn at all tmes 1 MOVING THE BALL Offense always starts on the 5 yard lne and after any change of possesson. Offense has four (4) downs to gan a frst down. Frst down markers wll be at md feld (40 yard lne). The offense team may run the ball once per offense dre. Runs that are
allowed are: Des, draw, jet sweep, stretch, and toss/ptch back. Toss/ ptch back passes and reerses are allowed. The offense cannot run nsde the 10 yard lne (no run zone) Defense players cannot cross the lne on a run play untl the quarterback hands the ball off to RB. Quarterback can run wth the ball f bltzed and not n the NO RUN ZONE. A conerson after a touchdown, the offense can choose to go for 1 or 2 1 COACHING YOUR TEAM: ponts. 1 pont conerson 5 yard lne and 2 pont conerson 10 yard lne. Offense coaches must coach from ther sdelne. No Coaches or players allowed past the 5 yard lne. Coaches are NOT allowed to challenge any offcal rulng. Remanng team coaches can work from the sdelnes. Coaches are responsble for ther sdelne behaor. 1 SPECIAL RULES: NO BLOCKING. Ball carrer s legally down when ther flag s pulled, or ther knee or arm touches the ground. Fumbles(ncludng snap) are dead balls at the spot. If there s a fumble on the last play before change of possesson, ball wll be spotted on the 5 yard lne. Offense has 25 seconds to put the ball nto play. Delay of game s a loss of
down. The offense s responsble for retreng and returnng ther game ball to the offcal. The clock does not stop and any delay of the offense n retreng and returnng the ball to the offcal wll result n a delay of game. Defense pass nterference or defense holdng wll result n a frst down at the spot of the foul. Offense pass nterference wll result n a return to the preous spot plus a loss of down. QB s allowed 4.0 seconds to throw the ball. Referees wll allow play to contnue f 4.0 seconds s surpassed n case there s an ntercepton. x Interceptons are allowed and can be returned for a touchdown. Offense may leae ther feet only to aod a collson wth another player. 1 SPORTSMANSHIP IS A MUST! 2. Each team s allowed to bltz and must do so from the 7 yard rush cone marker. 1 TIE BREAKER: Any game that ends n a te wll go to a tebreaker. There wll be a con toss at the begnnng of the tebreaker wth the stng team callng the toss. The wnner wll chose to be on ether offense or defense. Each team wll hae a chance to score 2 ponts from the 10 yard lne. If the score s stll ted after one attempt, then each team wll hae 1 snap from the 40 yard lne wth the team hang the deepest completon beng declared the wnner, scorng 1 pont.
