L. General Business. - Mark Harrington asked regarding roll cage welded on wing mounts to be allowed to help with the SA V6 winged sprints. The board approved the them to stay on. - Website - Michael Harders to request our website domain from Speedway Australia. - I.T. to go onto Twitter and Instagram. - Send Terry King an email to see if we could manage the Australian Grand Prix (AGP). - Hats, Shirts and decal handouts. - Assets register, Engine Tester, Chief Steward Radio each state has one. - Australian Speedcar Championship trade mark for T-Shirts, Speedcars Australia Inc to regain it back from Speedway Star company. - WASDA expressed its concern at the process with the allocation of the 2017 Australian Title in that it s not being run as per the rule book. Board said sup regs over rule the rule book. M. Business Plan The Board lowered its base income to 90 Speedcar rego s instead 115 Speedcars. National Speedcar Five Crown Championship - Change name to Six Crown Championship - Tasmania to be included. - $10,000 to be put as championship end prize pool. - $5,000 allocated to each club based on a business plan received by 14 August 2016 to Speedcars Australia board approval. Australian Title 2016/17 - Nomination Fee $395 - QSRA accepts $25 per car - Speedcars Australia to implement technical committee to be at Title. Funding split to be confirmed. - QSRA to contact Gary Winterbottom as Chief Steward. - Championship ring to be ordered. New logo to apply - Speedcars Australia approves the purchase of Championship rings for Warren Ekins, family to pay for rings Registration Fee - Registration fee to remain at $280 subject to review pending appointment of CEO

ALL NEW chassis from now 24th July 2016 must have a chassis number to be welded onto the chassis and/or stamped on a plate to be welded to the chassis near the left side and listed in the log book. Mandatory for this season 2016/2017 it is the responsibility of the manufacture to number chassis - Log book must remain with the car - Technical Committee Michael Harders to head up committee. Each state to provide red carded technical officer to be on the committee. WA - Des Alfirevich - Facial Jewellery Mark Cooper to raise with Speedway Australia board for ruling. - Drug and alcohol testing Mark Cooper to approach Speedway Australia for assistance in have testing at blue ribbon events. - Model Rules Change model rules to include 6 zones each zone represented by Club Delegate and President. - Code of Conduct Each state to provide a copy of their Code of Conduct to Brendan Sexton to produce Code of Conduct for Speedcars Australia for inclusion into Model Rules - State Business Plans Each state to provide a business plan to Speedcars Australia to receive State Title payment. Plan is to be presented by 14th Aug 2016 - Engine Management Technical Committee to review/research the EFI engine management system and traction control Rule. The committee need to provide recommendations to board for further discussion.
O. Australian Title 2018 Mark Cooper to arrange drug and alcohol testing through Speedway Australia for Queensland Title. WASDA is to commence discussions with WA promoters re staging of the 2017-18 Title. Rotation of Australian Title Confirmed that if the next state in the rotation is unable to facilitate a signed contract the next state in the rotation has the chance to stage the title. For the following season the state that didn t take the spot will be able to stage again.
