Karaoke Machine, one television, 4 microphones, Three vehicles, three camera phones, one pre-decorated canvas, pre-made social media list, pre-made scavenger hunt check list,14 items of each of the following: Beef Jerky packages, Sweet Tea bottles, Lipstick, Deodorant/Perfume, Sunglasses, Band-Aids, Advil, large mason jars, and plane tickets to Nashville Ideal Location: Pre-Activity Diagram: participant facilitator Barns 1-7 This event will take in my dining room with a table that is preset with lipstick, pre-made social media list, and a scavenger hunt check list at each setting. Goal & Objectives: Risk Management Concerns: The Goal of this event is for the participants to build new relationships with each other. Objective #1: Given a list tasks, the participants will communicate with each other to complete ten tasks before the 45 minutes is up. Objective #2: Given the introduction and conclusion, the participants will be able to identify the bachelorette party location. - The scavenger hunt activity may not be suitable for certain weather conditions considering drivers. The facilitators can take out that activity and use the back pocket activity if the weather is not suitable. - The area of the event may not be big enough for all of the activities to take in. The facilitators can plan ahead and look into booking a room at an event hall to provide participants with more room for activities. Contingency Plan: No contingency plan necessary due to location. Length Event Portion Description Leader Name 35 Minutes Back Pocket Activity Name: Twang Thang 1. Participants will stay in groups divided by lipstick color. 2. One group will choose one country song at a time to sing for the bride until all groups have chosen one song. 3. Based on the lipstick colors, the darkest color will perform first and so forth until all groups have performed. 4. The facilitators will rank each group on how much twang was in their thang as they performed. 5. The group with the most twang will win. 3 Minutes Attention Getter Howdy ladies! My name is and this is my sister, we will be your cowgirls for the evening. Put on your boots and Daisy Dukes cause we re going south for the night! But first, I need each of you to grab your red lipstick that is at your designated setting. Pucker up your lips and dazzle them with color cause we re going to saddle up our horses and giddy up on our way! 11 Minutes Icebreaker and Group Division Name: Kisses for the Mrs. 1. Before the event starts there will be different color lipsticks d at each participant s setting. 2. Have each participant reapply their lipstick. 3. Instruct the participants to find all of the other women in the room with the same lipstick color on. 4. Once all groups are formed (3 groups of 4), a canvas will be passed around that is titled Kisses for the Mrs.. 5. Instruct the participants to kiss the canvas once going vertically down (one column per lipstick
color) and sign their name next to their kiss. 6. When all twelve participants have kissed and signed the canvas, the two facilitators will kiss and sign the back. 1 Minute Transition Woah, woah, woah ladies! You will not believe what I just heard!! Please keep those lips sealed but I heard that Luke Bryan RSVPed to the wedding!! Hurry back to your seats so I can show you his RSVP!! 20 Minutes Activity Name: He Says, She Says 1. Before the event, a list of different posts made by either the bride or the groom ever since they started dating will be d at each participant s setting. (pre-made social media list) 2. The facilitator will read off 1 of the 25 posts made by either the bride or the groom. 3. After the facilitator has read one post, the participants will raise either a picture of Luke Bryan if they think the groom posted it or a picture of Carrie Underwood if they think it was the bride. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the participants have discovered all of the 25 posts were from the bride or the groom. 3 Minutes Transition Alright ladies it is time to switch gears a little bit.. Put on your imaginary cowboy hats because we are going to have a little rodeo. In our next activity, we are going to lasso as many men as we can. 50 Minutes Activity Name: Bachelorette Scavenger Hunt 1. Before the event, create a scavenger hunt check list containing the following: a. Five points: - Find a guy with the same name as the groom - Get a piggy back ride from a guy. - Get a guy to buy you a candy bar. b. Ten points: - Get a guy to give you his hat. - Find a guy under 5 2. - Ask a guy with big muscles if he can flex for a picture. c. Fifteen points: - Ask a guy to marry you. - Get a guy to buy you a flower. d. Twenty points: - Sing a love song to a man. - Get a guy s phone number. 2. Keep the participants divided by lipstick color for three groups of four. 3. Ask for a volunteer from each team to drive their group around town for the scavenger hunt. 4. Inform groups that they will have 45 minutes to complete as many tasks on the scavenger hunt check &
list as possible. 5. Groups must document each task by taking a picture and sending it to the facilitators for proof. 6. Participants cannot know the man they ask to do the task in order for it to count for points. 7. The group that arrives back at the event before 45 minutes is up and has the most points from the scavenger hunt check list wins. 2 Minutes Transition Now that we have had a rough rodeo, let s get back to our seats so we can create our safety kits for next time! 15 Minutes Activity Name: Cowgirl s Last Ride Survival Kit 1. During the previous activity, facilitators will set up separate barns that participants can stop by that will each have a different survival item for the Cowgirl s Last Ride. b. Barn 1: Beef Jerky c. Barn 2: Sweet Tea d. Barn 3: Lipstick e. Barn 4: Deodorant/Perfume f. Barn 5: Sunglasses g. Barn 6: Band-Aids h. Barn 7: Advil 2. At each setting, each participant will have a large mason jar. 3. Instruct the participants to fill their mason jars with what they feel is necessary to survive on the Cowgirl s Last Ride weekend. 4. Once each participant and facilitator has filled their large mason jar with their survival needs, participants can return back to their seats. 1 Minute Transition If you can hear me say GIDDY-UP COWBOY!! (participants respond) Now that we are all prepared for this coming weekend for Cowgirls Last Ride Before She s the Bride! its time to figure out where we will be going. 8 Minutes Debrief 1. Did you all have fun tonight? 2. What about tonight was exciting? 3. What was your favorite activity of tonight s event? 4. Did you like being set free with your group for the scavenger hunt? 5. Based on all of our activities, can you make a guess to where we will be going this weekend? 6. Are you excited? 7.
