If you do not wish this to occur then your child will unfortunately be unable to participate in the concert. We will not use these photos for our studio website, advertising etc without your permission. Photos and videos are not to be taken in the Schonell (this is a requirement of all professional theatres) but you will have the opportunity to buy a DVD of the concert and copies of the photos. No viewing/admission will be allowed in the theatre or the stage area. Female parents/carers are all welcome in the dressing room to assist their child. Separate male student s dressing rooms will be allocated. Only registered parent helpers will be allowed back stage to assist with their designated class group. ALL students must be signed in on dress rehearsal nights by a parent/carer, if sharing travel and someone else other than parent /carer is collecting students under 18 yrs, a signed authority must be presented. All Creative Dance & Prep Dance students will be given specific information in regards to times required at their Stage Placement and Full Dress Rehearsal. Creative Dance and Prep Dance students will be allocated an earlier start and finish time. FULL DRESS REHEARSAL DAY ALLOCATION (unless advised differently) If your Childs group is in Concert 1 they will need to attend the Wednesday night Dress rehearsal If your Childs group is in Concert 2 they will need to attend the Thursday night Dress rehearsal If your Childs group is in Concert 3 they will need to attend the Friday night dress rehearsal * If your child s group is performing in more than one concert you will be advised which dress rehearsal/s to attend. Some dancers in multiple genres may need to attend more than one rehearsal

Parent & Senior Student Helpers As always we all come together as parents to assist in all performances. Teachers will require assistance of parents in preparing dancers for their performances.
