Ohio Representative Rick Perales presented his first Congressional proclamation to Greenebucs at Visibility Day at 5 Seasons Sports Club in Bellbrook and presented 4 therapeutic tricycles at the event. Two children, the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio (a faith based organization located at the Dayton VA campus that assists homeless veterans) and a local veteran received bikes. The proclamation, also signed by Greene County Representative Bob Hackett, highlighted Greenebucs contributions over the last 21 years, to those in the county who are disabled. During this time Greenebucs has donated hundreds of therapeutic tricycles, provided scholarships to therapy students and supported various community projects. Mark Shepard, Gentry Darby and a veteran, Toni Hughuely from the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio, did a short presentation on services they provide to veterans in the area. Greenebucs has fulfilled some of the needs for the Veterans Initiative Project at their location at the VA Dayton campus.
