Assignments You will receive an email from the system whenever you have a new assignment. Once you have been assigned to a game, you must Accept or Decline the game in order to preserve your assignment. If you have not accepted or declined the game after a new assignment has been made (typically within 24 hours), it will automatically be declined in order to allow the assignor enough time to find a replacement. If a game has been declined, you will not be able to accept that game unless you contact the assignor directly. The auto-decline timeframe may be longer than 24 hours initially but will probably be reduced as the games approach as there is a very little margin for error once the games begin. Other Notes There is no time-out feature for the website so you can leave it up as long as you would like. However, if any new features are added to the system, they often take affect the next time you log into the system. Therefore, we recommend you logout at least once each day. (It is not necessary to log out and back in to receive your assignments). Your assignments will appear on the My Games screen when published. Each coach will select five different players than the first five who already have kicked to take the kicks in a sudden-victory situation, wherein if one team scores and the other team does not score, the game is ended without more kicks being taken.
