Open to all but for qualification purposes those pony/rider combinations that have been placed in a Winter JA Classic or Pony Show Jumper of the Year qualifier will not be eligible to compete in the Final. Qualifies for: Final at Welsh Home Pony 2017 Numbers to qualify: Those combinations who jump double clear (clear in the first round and the first jump-off) (ONE DOUBLE CLEAR) in the qualifying period. Prizes: 1st: 50.00, 2nd: 30.00, 3rd: 23.00, 4th: 16.00, 5th: 16.00, 6th: 16.00 Entry Fee = 16.00 Rules & Regulations 1 The Show Organiser referred to in these Rules and Regulations shall hereinafter mean Cherwell Competition Centre. The Cherwell Competition Centre Shows will hereinafter be referred to as the Show. The Show, Show Organiser, Volunteers and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. 2 The Show Organiser retains as its absolute discretion the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future shows or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 3 Competitions The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions, as they think fit, with the approval of the British Show jumping. Some prizes may be withheld under rule 76.6. 4 Smoking Smoking is not permitted within any of the showground buildings or stables. Please do not throw cigarette ends on the floor. For litter please use the bins provided. 5 Collecting Ring All warming up must be done in the designated Collecting Rings provided. Persons found abusing horses on the showground may be asked to leave. 6 Refund of Entry Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show jumping Rule 79.5.1.

7 Vehicles The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the ground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 8 Dogs Dogs are permitted on the show ground but they must be kept on a lead at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show organiser, any person fails to control their dog/s they may be asked to leave the Showground. 9 Prize Giving The Show organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the Official Prize Giving. 10 Objections Objection should be made in writing in accordance to British Show Jumping. Rule 198. Two Show Stewards will be appointed to the Show in accordance to Rule 96.2 11 Official Photographs Any photographs taken by the Official Photographer may be used by the show organiser for promotional purposes. 12 First Aid A total of 5 per day per competitor will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition. 13 Vaccination Certificate All horses/ponies at the show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse found without a valid certificate will be asked to leave the show ground. 14 Stallions No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury. 15 Close of Entries Entries will close at the start of each class. Should space be available late entries may be accepted with an additional fee of 5 being charged per entry. 16 ANY PERSON (S) & THEIR ASSOCIATES FOUND MISBEHAVING OR CAUSING DAMAGE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE VENUE IMMEDIATELY Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations. Any person coming to the show or involved in any aspect of the meeting is deemed bound by the General Rules & Regulations.
