Motion carried. Correspondence: Nancy got a letter from the Wounded Warriors thanking us for our donation. Treasurer s Report: David Garrett, Treasurer gave his report and the report was filed for audit. Nominations for officers: The current slate of officers was nominated to retain their positions for the next two years. Director s Report: Nancy gave her report. Horse Show Report: Nancy Harvey gave the horse show report. She is going to research the concept of changing the Regional show in the future from an A to a B or C. The rating is just an indicator of amount of prize money and we would have the opportunity to pursue different types of prizes such as gift cards by changing the rating. It does not change national qualifying aspects of the show. The closing date has been changed to April 22. She saw the facility this week end which is undergoing construction with a cover being put on the arena. Phil Bourgeois has moved that patrons who do not exhibit at this years show will not loose their stabling area the following year. Debbie Price seconded. Motion carried.
