OTHER INCIDENT Fire call Apr 17, 2014-Thursday at 23:09 Street : 102 MILL ST O checked Mill St School for an audible fire alarm sounding. An activated pull station was located near Rm 10, the alarm was reset by maintenance. ASSAULT Throwing Substance at Moving Vehicle Apr 18, 2014-Friday at 00:55 Street : E. SOUTH ST E/of East St O responded to subject(s) throwing eggs at vehicles. The RP, reported an unknown subject(s) threw eggs at her vehicle as she passed by. O contacted two male juveniles and two female juveniles ages 15-16. They were counseled on their behavior and released to their parents. The RP reported an eight year old boy had been locked out of his residence by his mother. O contacted the mother and the eight year old boy. It was determined the boy had just come home and was knocking on the door to have his mother unlock it. O contacted 34 y/o Jose Ponce who reported his gray 2011 Toyota Corolla was struck by an unidentifiable truck while he was shopping inside Julio's Satellite. O documented the incident. O contacted the owner of the vehicle who agreed to move it. COURT ORDER Disobey Court Order Apr 18, 2014-Friday at 14:35 Street : FIFTH ST @ Tehama St 140308 O contacted 54 y/o Thomas Daugherty who subsequently arrested for public intoxication and disobeying a court order. VOP Violation Probation Apr 18, 2014-Friday at 21:30 Street : SOUTH ST 140309 O stopped a white, 1995 Toyota Tacoma for an equipment violation. After the investigation, the driver, Antonio Ibarra (18 YOA) was arrested for violation of probation and possession of two Billy clubs. Ibarra was booked into Glenn Co. Jail. MENTAL HEALTH Mentally Disabled/Danger Self/Public Apr 18, 2014-Friday at 20:28 Street : 500 block of THIRD ST 140310 O responded to an overdose. O arrived and determined a 33-y/o female had attempted to harm herself by taking medication. The female was placed on a 5150 Hold and released to Westside Medics for treatment and transport. Officers contacted 65 y/o Ron Campbell who reported that somebody broke two windows on a 2003 Ford Expedition. A report was taken. It was determined that the caller had earlier called Yuba City and the second call was a mistake. Officers contacted 38 y/o Mariana Zaragoza who reported 37 y/o Brian Miller told Zaragoza that she could not park a vehicle on Chapman Ct. Officers contacted Miller and advised him that the vehicle was legally parked and provided him with information. CVC MOVING VIOL Basic Speed Law Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 00:25 Street : STATE ROUTE 32 O stopped a gray, 2013, Nissan Altima for speeding. The driver, Chico resident Kassandra Nicolette Ramirez (20 YOA) was cited for speeding and released at the scene. CVC MOVING VIOL Basic Speed Law Apr 19, 2014-Saturday at 22:50 Street : WALKER ST @ Co Rd N O stopped an orange, 2013 BMW X6 for speed. The driver, Chico resident Ayman Sadegh Arara (20 YOA) was cited for speeding and released at the scene. OTHER INCIDENT Suspicious Circumstances Apr 19, 2014-Saturday at 22:10 Street : 1097 DATE ST O responded to a suspicious circumstance. The RP stated several unknown subjects was ringing his door bell and running off. An area check was conducted but O was unable to locate the subjects. NFA PEACE DIST. the Peace-Loud/Unreasonable Noise Apr 19, 2014-Saturday at 23:00 Street : 1321 FAIRVIEW ST O responded to loud music. The unknown caller stated the music was too loud and wished to have the responsible turn it down. O arrived and contacted the resident, who agreed to turn it down. OTHER INCIDENT Assist Glenn Co Sheriff Apr 19, 2014-Saturday at 23:19 Street : 6399 CR 24 O assisted GCSO with a reported physical fight. O arrived and assisted until no longer needed. OTHER INCIDENT Civil Problem (Not to Include Stand-By) Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 01:09 Street : 1021 SOUTH ST O responded to a civil issue. The RP reported the other tribe members were changing the locks on the doors and they did not have the right. O stood by to keep the peace until no longer needed. After an investigation, the driver, Orland resident Cruz Angel Ayala (18 YOA) was arrested for DUI-Drugs; impeding traffic; driving on the wrong side of the roadway and child endangerment. Ayala was booked in to the Glenn Co Jail. ALCOHOL VIOL DUI/Alcohol Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 07:17 Street : SOUTH ST @ Walnut O responded to a report of a possible DUI driver. Officers contacted 45 y/o male and determined that he was not impaired. OTHER INCIDENT Welfare Check Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 12:49 Street : 724 SECOND ST O responded to a request for a welfare check on 45 y/o male subject. After speaking with the subject he agreed to go with family members to seek medical attention. OTHER INCIDENT Medical Aid Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 09:00 Street : 300 block of BUTTE ST O responded to a medical aid at the request of Westside Ambulance with assistance entering the residence. The patient was able to open the door and no further assistance was required from O. Officers assisted until no longer needed. DOMESTIC VIOL Disturbance - Verbal only Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 15:28 Street : 255 E TEHAMA ST O responded for a verbal disturbance that had just occurred. Officers contacted 40 y/o Janell Wammack and 38 y/o Brian Wammack. They reported being involved in a verbal argument with 22 y/o Justin York. York was given a trespass advisement and the incident was documented. DOMESTIC VIOL Battery on noncohab/former sp/etc/no inj Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 17:05 Street : 902 NEWVILLE RD 140313 O heard a woman screaming at 902 Newville. Officers contacted the R/P who reported that her 15-y/o step son assaulted her husband. After an investigation the juvenile was arrested and booked into juvenile hall. OTHER INCIDENT Suspicious Circumstances Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 06:17 Street : 724 SECOND ST 140314 O responded to a loud noise complaint. The RP stated his neighbor had been loud the night before and wished to press charges. O contacted Anthony Edward Sharp (45 YOA) and counseled him on his behavior. No charges were file. OTHER INCIDENT Suspicious Person Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 19:22 Street : 222 E. WALKER O responded to a reported stranded adult female. O contacted the unknown female by telephone who stated her friends left her at a gas station, while she was in the bathroom. O provided her with information on how to call a taxi. TRAFFIC COLLISION Traffic Collision Injury Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 20:21 4

Street : NEWVILLE RD @ 9 th St 140315 O responded to a reported vehicle vs. motorcycle. O arrived to find a blue and gray 2006 Harley Davidson had collided with a white, 2007, Ford, F-150. The driver of the Ford, (no info at press time) was not injured, but the two riders were injured. The driver of the motorcycle, Artois resident Larry Beck (57 YOA) was transported by Westside Ambulance to Enloe Hospital with moderate injuries. The MC rider, Orland resident Darby Carpenter (36 YOA) was transported by Enloe Flight care to Enloe Hospital with major injures. The investigation is still ongoing. OTHER INCIDENT Assist Glenn Co Sheriff Apr 20, 2014-Sunday at 21:34 Street : 73 E. WALKER O responded to reported two viscous pit bulls. The RP, Fannie Gallardo stated she locked two pit bulls in the apartment complex s laundry room. O arrived and with the assistance of GCSO, the two dogs were captured and taken to Walker Vet. 5
