Tiger is a new Oyster 625, and like her sisterships in this awardwinning class, she offers a great balance of interior and exterior space, she is super sailing/cruiser. Her interior has a light contemporary feel with light oak joinery & walnut flooring, which enhances the feeling of space below, the port and starboard vertical seascape windows, let in the light and ensures you always catch the view. Tiger offers three comfortable guest cabins to accommodate up to six guests. Aft is a spacious master cabin with en-suite heads and shower and a further childrens/guest cabin mid-ships with heads/ shower access. Two forward cabins each have their own heads and shower. Crew will sleep in the port forward bunk cabin or double forward upon request. On deck, Tiger has a spacious cockpit area with sun protection thanks to a large bimini covering the central cockpit and helm. She has an easy to handle cutter rig which is fully hydraulic so that sails can always be operated from the safety of the cockpit. She has a comfortable sunbathing area forward of the mast (which can be shade if required), for kicking back and relaxing after a good mornings sail, enjoyable lunch or time in the water. CREW Peter is a licensed skipper (logging over 40,000 NM ) and for the past six years has skippered 60 to 90ft yachts in Europe & the Caribbean. Jill joined him in 2011 as first mate/hostess/cook on a working sabbatical and has not looked back. Prior to becoming professional sailing team, they were keen bareboat sailors, and together have explored the whole of the Caribbean as well as Tonga and beyond. As a team they have sailed the Caribbean and the Balearics through to Turkey. This is their second season with Tiger, and they are delighted to be going back to Corsica & Sardinia for 2014, they had some great sailing there last year, found some fantastic anchorage amazingly crystal clear waters, beautiful rock formations, and some great towns too (Bonifacio being their favourite). Peter is also a RYA cruising instructor (he worked with Clipper in 2009/10 training individuals to race sail around the world), so if you fancy learning something new, he will be delighted to involve you in the sailing of Tiger. He also loves to swim and water ski, so will be in his element getting you up on water skis, taking the children out for a blast on the doughnut or leading a snorkel trip for you or the family. Jill enjoys making guests feel comfortable and special in her cooking she likes to use fresh local ingredients, to creating healthy tasty dishes, but has a big sweet tooth so a pudding or two is a must. She enjoys fact finding and researching local places, so whether you are looking for a cultural, retail or foodie hit ashore she will always be able to point you in the right direction. Jill loves working on deck alongside Peter, as his first mate, has logged over 9000 NM & holds a powerboat level II license. Tiger is very much set up for a family with young children Jill and Peter have enjoy having children on board, and love to see them growing in confidence both in and on the water, as well as having fun!
