Dear Skaters and Parents: The time is here for making your summer skating plans! We are eager to have you join us in Eagle River for another great Summer Figure Skating School. Within this registration form you will find all the information you need to register and plan for your skating time here in Eagle River. If you have any questions or need assistance completing the registration form, please contact us: eagleriverskatingcamps@gmail.com Jacqui Monge 715-891-1452 REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS and GUIDELINES Private lessons for all sessions will be provided by coaches contracted by the Eagle River Summer Skating School. Skaters must indicate on their registration form the number of lessons requested and their first, second and third choice for coaches. Forms not indicating second and third choices will be returned as incomplete. Coaching assignments will be made based on postmark. General sessions are open to skaters of any level. Dance partnering/coaching can occur on any session, accommodating all skaters. Skaters registered for multiple weeks will be given priority until the 30th of April. After the 30th of April all coaching assignments will be made based on registration postmark. Program directors may assign lessons on alternate sessions with skater approval. Complete your skater information on the registration form - (IMPORTANT.Legible EMAIL, please). Indicate skater USFS test level passed and skill levels. Choose the ice sessions on the registration/lesson grid indicate if you have flexibility. List your 1st, 2nd and 3rd pro choices to assist the scheduler. Indicate the pro and length of lesson requested on the registration/lesson grid. Calculate your ice fees in 45 minutes sessions (not just lesson time) - Ask if you have questions. Sign the application and parental consent/insurance waiver. Mail your registration materials and your deposit (payable to the ERRA) of at least 25% of your total ice fees. You will pay your coaches directly at the end of each week. ON-ICE SPECIALTY CLASSES (Mon-Fri 10:30-11:00AM) Daily 30-minute classes taught by a different staff professional each day. Exciting class content will vary based on instructor choice and may include footwork, power, spin variations, music and movement, trick jumps/ moves,...try something new..meet all the pros...let s have some fun! $60.00/week OR $15/day ICE FEES General Sessions (all levels): 10 sessions or less $12.00 per session 11-20 sessions $11.00 per session 21 sessions or more $10.00 per session Drop-In Fees: $15.00 per session (sessions not pre-reserved) will be accepted as availability permits. Check-in and pay the monitor prior to skating. Housing and Cabin Rentals ** Private housing with local skaters may be available. Please inquire.** **Weekly Cabin Rentals and Efficiency Units available close to rink.** Skating Moms/Dads are encouraged to bring a few skaters and enjoy a mini-skating vacation. This deposit is refundable upon cancellation until the first of June. There will be a 10% handling charge for all cancellations after the first of June. This release shall extend to all future damages and injuries of every nature and however sustained, even if due to the negligence or alleged negligence of the Eagle River Figure Skating School or their staff or employees.
