This standard covers all walking-working surfaces unless specifically excluded by an individual section of this standard. R 408.10202 Adoption of federal standard. Rule 202. (1) The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulation 29 C.F.R. 1910 Subpart D Walking-Working Surfaces, as amended November 18, 2016, is adopted by reference in these rules. (b) A reference to May 17, 2017, means four months after the effective date of this standard in Michigan, which is 7 days after filing with the Secretary of State. (c) A reference to November 20, 2017, means 10 months after the effective date of this standard in Michigan, which is 7 days after filing with the Secretary of State.
