Our history AquaChile started in the Chilean Patagonia over 25 years ago as a result of the combination of the salmon companies founded by the Puchi and Fischer families. Over time, the Company has grown, both organically and through the acquisition of strategic targets, to become the leading Salmon and Trout producer in Chile. Page. Nº2

We keep our broodstock of salmon, trout and tilapia in biosecure facilities Salmones Chaicas, now 100% subsidiary of AquaChile, opened in 2013 to maintain and grow in-land the selected group of AquaChile Atlantic Salmon breeders A closed, biosecure, state-of-the-art inland hatchery with a capacity to produce 60 million Salar eggs and up to 3.5 million smolts per year The combination of Chaicas with other AquaChile hatcheries allows for an efficient and biosecure cycle for breeding and spawning AquaChile salars Page. Through AquaInnovo s work we continually improve our salmon and tilapia genetics AquaInnovo, founded in 2007 as a JV with Universidad de Chile, specializes in fish genetics and provides technical advisory to several clients in the industry AquaInnovo also manages AquaChile s genetics programs for Salmon, Trout and Tilapia, incorporating R&D aimed at genetic improvements Through its subsidiary ATC Patagonia, AquaInnovo runs trials for the development, validation and registry of novel technologies by clients (feed, pharma, salmon farmers) Page. We grow our own smolts 20+ hatcheries across several regions in Chile 14 lake farming licenses for smoltification of Trout and Coho 1 river license for smoltification of Salar 7 brackish water licenses in Aysén for smoltification of Coho Plans for investing in extra capacity to increase smolt size and increase selectiveness, while concentrating production in less, larger-size units Page. A geographically diversified production base in sea water 151 licenses in 28 sanitary areas (presence in 48% of sanitary areas of Los Lagos and Aysén regions) Three new licenses recently granted and one pending in the Magallanes region (XII) A superb set of sites for trout farming The areas where we operate have unique water conditions and a very favorable water temperature range Page.
