Class 6- (11:30) Working Hunter Pony (2-2 3 ) Open to all ponies 14.2hh and under. Sunshine tour qualifier Class 7 - (13:00) Working Hunter Horse (2 6-2 9 ) Open to all horses 14.3hh and over. Sunshine tour qualifier (14:30) Working Hunter Championship For all 1st and 2nd placed prize winners from classes (5,6 & 7) Sash will be given to winner of this class. Ring 2 - Clear Round Running throughout the day 4 per round or 3 rounds of 10. Starting at 40cm and will be raised throughout the day corresponding with the classes running in the main ring. Fences will not exceed 90cm. Ring 3- Fun Ring Class 8 - Handy pony - 3 per round 9:00am start 2:00pm finish (winners announced at 2:00pm). Lead and Un-lead. Enter and pay at ring side as often as you want. Class 9- Gymkhana- 2 per event, 8 for all five. 3:00pm Races: Mug race, Target race, Ride and Run, Bending race and different paces. Class 10- Fancy Dress - 7-3:30pm Open to all.

Prize money or prizes in kind will be awarded subject to starters. 9:00 per class Class 11- Mini Jumping 1ft 3-1ft 6 (40cm) Combination of horse and rider not to have been placed 1 st - 3 rd in any jumping competition. Lead rein optional. Single Phase Class 12: Fairly Novice 2ft - 2ft 3 (50-60cm) Combination of horse and rider not to have been placed 1 st in any jumping competition. Single Phase. (Leila Satinet Memorial Trophy will be awarded to the winner) Class 13 : Scurry 2ft 3-2ft 6 (60-70cm) One round that is timed from start to finish. Class 14- Novice 2ft 6 (70-75cm) - Open to all. Single Phase Class 15 - Intermediate 2ft 9-3ft (80-90cm) Open to all. Single Phase (Annual Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the winner of this class) Class 16- Chase-me-Charlie Start height: 70cm Max height: 1.20m (going up in 10cm increments) Refusals or a pole down = Elimination
Show Rules 1. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. The organisers or landowners shall not be liable for any claim for damage or loss to competitors, their helpers, general public, animals, vehicles and equipment or any other item however caused. It is a condition of entry that all attending/ competing in the event will have their own public liability insurance and that each participant will identify the organisers against any accident or loss however caused. 2. The judges decision is final. However, any serious objections must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the cause of dispute and lodged with the secretary with a deposit of 30, refundable if the objection is upheld. 3. HEALTH AND SAFETY. The organisers have taken responsible precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For the measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey the instructions of the organisers and their officials. 4. The organisers reserve the right to- 5. - Refuse any entry without stating a reason. 6. - Alter the order of composition of the schedule. 7. - Demand any person shall leave the showground. 8. - Postpone or cancel the show due to unforeseen circumstances. 9. No horse or pony under the age of 4 years old may be ridden in any class at the show. 10. When mounted, all riders must wear a hard hats correctly secured to current BSI standard. 11. Misuse of whips and spurs will result in disqualification and being asked to leave the show ground. 12. Entries to all classes will be limited; no entries will be refunded unless accompanied by a doctors or veterinary note. 13. Competitors entering more than one class are responsible for getting to the correct ring for the start of the class, and will only be allowed in at the judge s discretion. 14. Competitors must respect the boundaries of the show site. Horses must proceed at walk in the vicinity of the rings. Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave the showground. 15. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and small children kept under control. 16. It is advised that mares in season and kickers should wear a red ribbon on their tail. 17. Please leave the car park and horsebox area tidy and put your litter in the nearest bin or home with you. Ring 5 - Ridden Showing 09.00 start. Classes 24 30 The Sunshine Tour National Championship is held on the hallowed turf of The All England Showground at Hickstead from Thursday 13th Sunday 16th September 2018 for unaffiliated and amateur competitors of all ages and abilities. Sunshine Tour Championships The Championships features: Dressage from Intro to Elementary; Show Jumping from 30cm to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, first ridden, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more. To qualify: 1st to 4th placed in dressage, show jumping & showing.
