Rules and Conditions of Entry Although unaffiliated, all classes are run in accordance with the relevant governing body; BS & BD. Correct riding attire to be worn at all times when riding. It is compulsory to wear a securely fastened hard hat to a minimum standard PAS 015. Neither the organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accepts any liability for loss, damage, accident or injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person, vehicle or property what so ever. All horses and ponies must be four years old and over (excluding young stock class). Age to be taken from the 1st January. Stallions may only be entered if specific permission is given by the organiser. All horses must have current passports and up to date vaccinations against tetanus and equine influenza. Horses must not be left unattended at any time. Please take your litter home or use the bins provided. Please remove any droppings or hay from the car park before leaving. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry without giving a reason. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any class without giving a reason. Withdrawals and refunds: Riders who withdraw BEFORE the close of entries and provide a veterinary or doctor s certificate will have 50% of their entry fee refunded or transferred to a later show.no REFUNDS will be made to those who withdraw AFTER the close of entries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere other than in designated smoking areas. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not permitted in the viewing gallery. The decision of the Judge and / or organiser is final. Any objections should be given in writing within 10 minutes of the end of the class. The 10 deposit will only be returned if the objection is upheld. Failure to comply with rules and regulations will result in disqualification. Organisers CAN NOT be held responsible for competitors missing classes. Class sizes will be limited. Class 1 allows three refusals before an elimination 2

The Sunshine Tour National Championship is held on the hallowed turf of The All England Showground at Hickstead from Thursday 13 th Sunday 16 th September 2018 for unaffiliated and amateur competitors of all ages and abilities. The Championships features: Dressage from Intro to Elementary; Show Jumping from 30cm to 1.05m; Showing for lead rein, first ridden, in-hand, ridden, working hunter, veterans, plus many more. To qualify: 1 st to 4 th placed in dressage, show jumping & showing. Hadlow College has superb facilities including 30mx60m and 20mx60m indoor arena, large outdoor arena, well kept stables, off road hacking, x country course, horse walker, equine treadmill and good quality turnout. Our friendly qualified staff offer excellent standards of care and supervision. Working livery costs 40 per week during college term time.
