Terms & Conditions Rates are: Are quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR Exchange rate to be taken on date of booking Are quoted per person Include all meals, selected local beverages Exclude meals in surrounding towns The KAROO RANCHING reserves the right to amend the quoted rates should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or other statutory levy of tax payable by KAROO RANCHING All payments must be made via direct bank transfer or cash Check-In time: 14h00 Check-Out time: 11h00
Deposit & Payment Policy The ranch is often used for filming, thus it is important for us to manage our bookings well in advance, thus kindly note: A 50% deposit is payable within 14 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation. If the 50% deposit is not received by KAROO RANCHING, the reservation will be cancelled. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is payable within 2 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation. All other costs incurred are payable on the last day of the guest stay.
Cancellation Policy 20% cancellation fee is applicable on all cancellations. 50% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% cancellation fee is payable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds: No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures Peak Season (15 Dec 15 Jan) A 100% deposit is payable within 72 hours of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation.
Children Policy For their own safety, children without riding experience are not permitted to go on extensive horse outrides. Special horse rides can be arranged for families with small children. Babysitting facilities are available by prior arrangement at a cost of R100 per hour. When sharing with two full paying adults, children under the age of 2 years are accommodated complimentary in either a cot or a stretcher bed. When sharing with two full paying adults, children over the age of 2 years are charged the applicable child/ 3rd person sharing rate. All horse activities are at KAROO RANCHING S discretion for the child s safety.
