Team Officials All Team Officials (head coach, assistant coach, etc.) MUST register and pass background check If another parent helps (assists, fills in one week for a game, etc.) They should register as an Ast Coach Background check is performed Notify your AGC AGC adds to roster DO NOT permit anyone to assist until they ve registered
Official Team Roster Rosters may change during the season Only players on your roster may practice or play with your team Playing unregistered players is a SERIOUS offense and liability New players must first register They will be placed according to our policies Do not promise them a spot on your team
Medical Roster Print a hard copy of your Medical Roster Ask families to share any additional issues privately so you re aware. Keep this document with you at all practices and games in case of emergency
