Technical Regulations FIFA FUTSAL LAWS OF THE GAME 9 substitutes and 5 officials can sit on a bench Players can use only one jersey number A player or substitute replacing the goalkeeper must wear a goalkeeper s jersey with his own number on the back Take bibs received from the OC and yours to the match; The referee will decide about the colour.
Technical Regulations COMPETITION FORMAT Group phase: 3 pts for Win; 1 pt for Draw; 0 pts for Defeat. Second phase: 3 penalty kicks for each team Final: Extra time (2x5 minutes). MATCH DAY PROCEDURE. Timeline presented. Teams reminded about accreditation checks prior to game. To be checked by 3 rd Referee and Commissioner. FLYING GOALKEEPER to have jersey with different colour to both teams. No bibs. Cannot wear jersey with a different number than his/her own championship number.
Technical Regulations COMMUNICATION Teams must collect the daily information prepared by the TC from the Office. This information will be in an envelope and must be collected and signed for by the team official. CAUTION AND SENT-OFF Two yellow cards suspension of 1 match; Direct red card suspension of min 1 match; Official expelled suspension of min 1 match; Single yellow cards will not be carried forward to the second phase; Player sent off / Official expelled cannot sit/stay behind the bench;
Technical Regulations COMPETITION. Discrimination of any kind against a Country, private person or group of people on account of race, skin colour, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, wealth, birth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other reason is strictly prohibited and punishable by suspension or expulsion from Championship. (From FIFA Statutes). If a team is not going to participate in the scheduled match, will be automatically excluded from the Championship and not considered in any official document.
Technical Regulations match protocol BEFORE 60 : arrival in the sport venue; 50 : team list to be completed and signed; 45 to 15 : warm up in designated area; 10 : Accreditation cards checking and delivering it to referees (dressing rooms corridor); 8 : teams enter in the pitch; 6 : announcement of players and officials; 3 : hand-shaking procedure; 1 : coin toss; 0 : kick-off.
