All clubs will start week commencing Monday 15 September 2014. For your son/daughter to participate in an after school activity, the school requires you to complete a permission slip. In the event of an after school activity being cancelled, unexpectedly, you will be informed via text message using our Groupcall system. Please be sure that you are aware of the time the activity starts and finishes.. Please also ensure that we have your current mobile number for Groupcall. Whilst a record of pupils on the premises is kept in case of fire or other emergency, these records are not used for any other purpose and non-attendance at after school clubs by pupils will not be pursued.
