FOREWORD We knew it would not be easy. But what we also know was this: We had to go ahead and just do it! Back in August this year, when we decided to go ahead with the Precious Ladies N Men Run 2016, we dove right into the work of designing the flyer, medals, trophies, and, of course, getting in touch with scores of companies to elicit sponsorships. What do we have to show for all the hard work put in hitherto? We have been turned away umpteen times, receiving one rejection after another. You see, the companies we had approached were not impressed enough. Despite the dejection and disappointment, we soldiered on. We were not calling it quits just yet. So the quest to find acceptance for the event continued. And guess what? We are finally seeing all our efforts starting to bear fruit! In fact, we are finally at the home stretch with this run project. The abovementioned event has finally gotten the attention and the approval of many companies, and to these big-hearted companies, a huge thank-you for your generous support & sponsorship toward the Precious Ladies N Men Run 2016. Even more important, thank-you for believing in us. Admittedly, there are many similar events out there. So how is ours different from the rest of the pack? Well, we know for a fact that we are doing our utmost best to deliver on this run event. So, precious ladies N men out there, let s run with us and make the world a better place to live in! 2
