So it s you and Robert De Niro and Jennifer Lawrence all getting nominated for Oscars. BC: And Jackie Weaver was nominated. And David O. Russell was nominated. And the movie, and he, yeah it was crazy. JF: I mean, was that just, was that insane? BC: Yeah, it was insane. You know the coolest part about it was, um being at the show, the actual show itself, you realize, and it s like two months of this thing where you re going on this tour of award shows, which is kind of a weirdly masochistic thing when you keep losing. And, and uh.. But you become like gangs. JF: What? BC: You really do. It s like your little gang. And the thing with Robert De Niro, is like, he s like, he s just gangster man, that guy. He really is. JF: He s the coolest guy to have in your gang. BC: He really is. Because he doesn t talk much, he just sits back, and when he does, you listen, you know. So we would do this thing during the Oscars where we would go up into like the middle aisle during a commercial, you know? And the first award was best supporting actor, and he didn t win. So I go up and David s there and then Bob comes down, and we re all just sort of sitting there like this. And Bob s like Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. And we re like How many we got? Six left, six left, yeah. So, uh I think Jenn s going to win, Jenn s going to win, yeah. Screenplay gets, yeah. Christoph Waltz, what are you gonna do, bro, he won last year. JF: Trying to talk each other into it? BC: And then like this, there s this sign, and we look, and Bob gives us this like and then we go sit down. JF: Yeah, we go sit down now, ok. That s fun though, I don t even look forward to those award shows. BC: It s like being in the dugout of a baseball game or something. JF: Yeah, with the ultimate coach of all time. And then Jennifer Lawrence wins. BC: Aw, that was amazing. JF: Which, I mean BC: But she fell, and I remember like, the camera guy was in front of me. JF: Oh, that s right!
