LHP Aaron Loup, RHP Bo Schultz, and RHP Ryan Tepera allowed 1 hit over 3.0 innings of relief with 2 strikeouts, earning Tepera his 10 th AAA save of the year and a hold for the other hurlers. LHP John Anderson allowed 3 runs on 7 hits and 2 walks over 5.0 IP in his second career AAA start. OF NOTE: Dominguez became the first Bison to hit two grand slams in a season since Matt den Dekker last accomplished it in 2012. He is also the first to hit two grand slams at home in a year since Chris Clapinski hit three in 2004. He has a 5 game hitting streak including 3 multi hit games and has recorded 3 home runs in his last 8 contests. Anderson s win was his first at the AAA level. Adams has hit safely in 12 of his last 13 games that he has recorded an AB. In Loup s 6 outings for Buffalo he has thrown 6.0 innings, allowing only 4 hits while striking out 8 batters (0.67 WHIP). Many Fisher Cats had very strong offensive displays, including 2B Christian Lopes, who was 4 4 with two doubles, DH Matt Dean, who was 3 4 with a double and two RBI, LF Dwight Smith Jr. who was 2 3 with two walks, and 3B Jason Leblebijian who was 2 5 with a walk. RHP Conner Greene started the game, allowing 3 hits and 2 walks over 7 scoreless innings while striking out 7 batters. LHP Franklin Morales issued a walk while striking out one in the 8 th and LHP Brett Cecil tossed a perfect 9 th with 2 strikeouts in their first rehab game. DH Ryan McBroom drove in a couple of runs going 3 4 with two doubles, C Jorge Saez was 2 4 with a home run and RF Jonathan Davis was 3 5 with a double and an RBI. OF NOTE: Greene recorded his third consecutive quality start after recording only one in his first 11 starts. RHP Dan Lietz earned his first win for Vancouver, giving up 1 earned run over 2.0 IP on 3 hits and 1 walk, while RHP Jackson Lowery earned his 1 st save of the season, striking out 4 batters and giving up 2 hits over the last 1.2 innings of the ballgame.
