ITINERARY Welcome to the Splunk & Proact Golf Challenge at Stoke Park. On arriving at Stoke Park, please make your way through to registration where you will be shown where to find you personalised lockers. Within your lockers you will find you Goody bag consisting of golf balls and a polo shirt as well as a Stoke Park welcome gift. Please enjoy breakfast at your leisure. Your Day 11.00 (Onwards) registration, breakfast and practice facilities open 11.45 Welcome from Splunk & Proact and Sportingclass representative to run through format and rules 12.32 Two tee start from 1st and 10th tees (with buggies) 17.00 Post golf drinks 18.00 Evening meal 19.00 Awards ceremony 19.30 Guests depart at leisure *Timings may be subject to change
INFORMATION The event will run as a two tee start, for which your tee time will be sent out before the day. To allow Sportingclass to be prepared for your arrival, please send through the following details by completing the accompanying attached form with the following information: - Event - Team Name - Team Member Names - Handicaps - Dietary Requirements - Chest Size - Waist Size 1. The event is a team stableford competition with the best 2 from 4 scores counting. 2. Everyone will play off three quarters of their full official handicap from the yellow tees. 3. There will be beat the pro, nearest the pin and longest drive competitions featuring as part of the event and several other surprises throughout the day. 4. Scoring will be managed electronically through the VPAR, however Sportingclass ask you to keep a handwritten scorecard as well.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DRESS CODE Stoke Park has a relaxed approach when it comes to dress code. You are advised to wear appropriate golf attire, however they do ask that you observe the soft spikes policy. Shorts are permitted on course, as are short white socks. A smart casual dress code is encouraged for after golf. Jacket & tie are not required as we want you to feel relaxed. BAR Stoke Park s Halfway House will be on account during golf. Bar drinks before and during dinner will be on account, however a cash bar will open once the awards ceremony has taken place. POINTS OF REFERENCE 1. Buggies have been allocated to the event for your use and due to the format are compulsory. 2. Towels and grooming products are provided in the locker rooms. 3. Rules for the event a full briefing and notification of any local rules will be given on the morning of the event. CHARITY 1. As part of the event, each golfer is entitled to purchase and use one mulligan. 2. All funds will be donated to charity. 3. Mulligans can be used on any tee shot. They are charged at 20.00 and can be collected on the day of the event at registration.

After 2.5 miles turn right at the double mini roundabout in Farnham Royal on to the B416 (Park Road). The entrance to Stoke Park is 1.25 miles on the right. By Road from the M40 Exit the M40 at junction 2 and take the A355 towards Slough. After 5 miles, turn left at the double mini roundabout in Farnham Royal on to the B416 (Park Road). The entrance to Stoke Park is 1.25 miles on the right. Park Rd Stoke Park County Club Northern Rd B416 Garden of Remembrance St Giles Church Upon arrival, 100yards before you reach the Mansion, there is a bag drop situated on your left. Please deposit your golf bag here before parking your car to save walking back with it. Once parked, please enter the main house where you will be greeted and directed to the registration.
