The Rules of Golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Club of St. Andrews and the Local Rules of the Golf and Country Club will govern play 2. Players are required to report to the Clubhouse 30 minutes prior to hit off time and at the nominated Tee, 10 minutes before hit off time 3. Players Golf link number and GA Handicap must be included on the entry form 4. The Tournament Committee has the right to alter a players handicap during the tournament 5. Events are open to amateurs holding a Golf Australia Handicap 0-45 ladies, and 0-36 men 6. No player shall take out more than one daily event, excluding Nearest the Pins, Longest Drives and Teams Event 7. Gross winners/ runners up will take precedence over handicap winners in all events 8. The Ladies Match Committee and the Men s Match Committee reserves the right to alter or vary the programme if deemed necessary 9. Handicap Divisions will be decided after the receipt of entries 10. In the event of a tie for the Open Championship, there will be a sudden death play-off 18 th hole 11. In the event of a tie in the Individual Stableford Event Ladies and Men, the winner will be decided by Golf Australia count back system 12. A Club may enter more than one team in the Silver Salver event. However, should the field have to be limited, it may be necessary to restrict the number of teams. A player can be nominated for one team only. Should a nominated player be unable to compete, a substitute may be entered (prior to play) in that particular team. In the event of a tie, a countback will be conducted to decide the winners. 13. Motorised transport is permitted subject to wet weather restrictions 14. Once the draw is completed, no refunds will be considered 15. Mobile phones may be carried by players and/or caddie, but they must be turned off and only used in the event of an emergency. If the player and/or caddies phone rings, the penalty is disqualification. 16. Dress Code: Neat golf attire and soft spikes 17. It is the player s responsibility to ensure that their correct handicap is recorded on their scorecard.
