1. Organize and support: The Federation of sport to disabiltys of Castilla y León together with Gobernment of Castilla y León, organize the VI Open of Castilla y León para-swimming, counting on the collaboration of the Valladolid City Gobernment, Regional Federation of Swimming and Coke. 2. Participation rules: In order to participate in the VI Open of Castilla y León of the Para-swimming, athletes, coaches and delegates must be in possession of a Sports License in force of their Autonomic Federation, Spanish Federation or Reference Country, with their corresponding Covered sports insurance. The swimmers will go to the competition with the medical consent, and the functional classification completed and signed by a functional classifier recognized by the Federation of origin and within the parameters set by the IPC Swimming Committee. The organization reserves the right to modify the categories and events according to the number of registered swimmers, informing with sufficient time in advance to the participating Athletes or Sports Clubs. The registration form must indicate the technicians and auxiliaries that form the delegation, indicating the role of each one. The absent of participants that could occur after the registration must be communicated to the organization, not being able to be replaced by another participant unless express authorization of the organization.
3. Fee: The entry fee is: 10 per swimmer, staff (coaches, medical staff, technical staff, media, etc.) We ll send the bank details to the teams when we receive the entry form completed. Teams who don t have completed the entry fee payment won t be allowed to compete. 4. Accommodation and transport: The organization does not take care of the accommodation of the participants. However, guidance and information on accommodation will be given to those who need it. The organization will not handle the internal transport of the Championship. The entities are responsible for transport to the town and facilities. 5. Competition: The Competition format will be a time trial or a direct final. No registration will be admitted without prior and accredited by official competition record. Each swimmer can enter a maximum of FIVE individual events.
6. Warm up: Warm up before competition can take place in the same pool for the competition starting one hour before the first of the events for the relevant session. The distribution of lanes for warm up will be as follows: START AREA LANES 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Classes 1 to 3 Classes 4 to 6 Classes 7 to 13 Classes 4 to 6 Classes 1 to 3 Warm ups will end 15 minutes before the start of the relevant session. In the last 20 minutes warm up the distribution of lanes in the competition pool will be as follows: START AREA LANES 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Sprints Starts 25m Sprints 50m Sprints Heats Warm up, slow training 50m Sprints Heats Sprints Starts Swimmers will avoid gripping the touch panels and ropes.the Organising Committee encourages all teams and competitors to warm up just before the session to be swum. A good use of the pool for the warm up will benefit all competitors and the competition.
7. Competition classes: S1-S10 Functional classes S11 S13 Blind and Visually Impaired Deaf swimmers S14 Intellectual disability 8. Medals: Medal will be awarded the first three classified of each test following the multidisadility procedure per table of 1000 points, provided there are at least three swimmers in the men's and women's category 9. Regulations: The competition events will be run according to IPC SW Rulebook valid in March 2015. In any given event all classes will swim together. 10. General supervision: The general supervision and the aspects related to the competition of the VI Open of Castilla y León of Para-swimming will fall on FECLEDMI and on the jury of the Regional Federation of Swimming, being able to limit the number of series by questions of organization.
11. Final disposition: Any aspect not contemplated in these regulations will be the responsibility of the organization, being able to establish complementary norms if necessary. 12.
